Remove

  1. Remove 2nd row LH seatback assembly toe kick panel. See Cover - Toe Kick - 2nd Row - LH (7-Seat) (Remove and Replace).
  2. Disconnect 2nd row center seat belt buckle connector.

    Note
    Disconnect center 2nd row buckle electrical connector, and then release the connector from the seat assembly.
  3. Move 2nd row LH seatback assembly back into position.
  4. Move 2nd row RH seatback assembly forward.

    Press button then slide forward, and release button then lift upward.
  5. Remove 2nd row LH seatback assembly inboard cover.

    Release forward section first, slide straight back to clear groove.
  6. Release 2nd row center buckle harness from LH seatback assembly.
  7. Remove 2nd row LH seat belt buckle.

    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • 15 mm deep socket

Install

  1. Install 2nd row LH seat belt buckle.
    40 Nm (29.5 lbs-ft)

  2. Secure 2nd row center buckle harness onto LH seatback assembly.
  3. Install 2nd row LH seatback assembly inboard cover.

    Note
    Slide straight forward into grooved section, then secure forward clips.
  4. Move 2nd row LH seatback assembly forward.

    Press button then slide forward, release button then lift upward.
  5. Connect 2nd row center seat belt buckle connector.
  6. Install the 2nd row LH seatback assembly toe kick panel. See Cover - Toe Kick - 2nd Row - LH (7-Seat) (Remove and Replace).
