Remove

  1. Open the front doors and lower the front windows.
  2. Move the LH and RH front seats fully rearward.
  3. Remove the LH and RH center floor rails. See Passenger Compartment Carpet - Center Floor Rail - LH (Remove and Install).
  4. Release the clips (x4) and datums (x3) that attach the center floor trim to the vehicle, and then remove the trim from the vehicle.

    Avoid bending the trim beyond what is necessary for clearance.

    Some vehicles may be equipped a 2-piece trim. The 2-piece trim is attached to the vehicle with 17 clips.

Install

  1. Position the center floor trim into the vehicle, and then secure the clips (x4) and datums (x3) that attach the trim to the vehicle.

    Position the lower section first, and then secure the upper section.

  2. Install the LH and RH center floor rails. See Passenger Compartment Carpet - Center Floor Rail - LH (Remove and Install).
  3. Restore the LH and RH front seats back to their original position.
  4. Raise the front windows and close the front doors.
