Remove
- Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
- Open the tonneau cover.
- Open the tailgate.
- Remove the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Install).
- Disconnect MV power. See Disconnect MV Power.
- Remove the bed floor assembly. See Bed Floor Assembly (Remove and Install).

Release the clip that attaches the RDU
breather tube to the RDU casing, and then disconnect the breather tube.
NotePress the tabs on the breather tube inward, and then pull the breather tube upward to disconnect.

Remove the RDU breather housing.
5 Nm (3.7 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:- 24 mm socket
Install

Install the RDU breather housing.
5 Nm (3.7 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:- 24 mm socket

Connect the RDU breather tube, and
then install the clip that attaches the breather tube to the RDU casing.
NoteMake sure the tabs are fully engaged.
- Install the bed floor assembly. See Bed Floor Assembly (Remove and Install).
- Reconnect MV power. See Disconnect MV Power.
- Install the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Install).
- Close the tailgate.
- Close the tonneau cover.
- Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door.
