Cybertruck electronics are powered by a 48V "mid voltage" or "MV" architecture that is designed to improve efficiency. Servicing MV components requires extra knowledge and care in order to avoid personal and/or vehicular harm. Read and understand MV precautions in Electrical Precautions and make sure any required MV-related training courses have been completed, as applicable.
  1. Open the LH front door.
  2. Lower all 4 windows
  3. Open the powered frunk.
  4. Run ODIN routine PROC_ICE_X_ENTER-SERVICE-MODEvia Toolbox: (link)
  5. Raise the LH front window.
  6. Manually latch LH front door
  7. Remove the LH front door panel beltline assembly. See Beltline Assembly - Door Panel - Front - LH (Remove and Install).
  8. Remove bolts securing LH front door trim

  10. Remove LH front inner waist belt seal

  11. Remove LH front outer waist belt seal

    2x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm, The clamps do not hold the whole base of the regulator, Use assistance if needed
  14. Remove the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Install).
  15. Disconnect MV power. See Disconnect MV Power (Modify).
  16. Release LH front door harnesses from close out panel

  20. Partially remove LH front door harness

  49. Close powered front trunk

  54. Torque fasteners for window regulator

  55. Install LH front door grommets

  56. Install the LH front door trim panel. See Panel - Door Trim - Front - LH (Remove and Install).

  57. Calibrate window

    Press and hold down selected window for 15 seconds, raise window and hold for 15 seconds, Test window by hard pressing to see if auto roll function works
  58. Raise all 4 windows
  59. Close LH front door
  60. Check LF door gap and flushness
