Jumper Floor Duct (Remove and Install)

Remove

  1. Open the front doors and lower the front windows.
  2. Remove the LH mid A-pillar trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Mid - LH (Remove and Install).
  3. Remove the LH lower A-pillar trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Lower - LH (Remove and Install)
  4. Remove the footwell cover. See Cover - Footwell (Remove and Install).
  5. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the RH side of the vehicle.
  6. Remove the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Install).
  7. Disconnect MV power. See Disconnect MV Power.
  8. Remove the mid instrument panel assembly. See Mid Panel Assembly - Instrument Panel (Remove and Install).
  9. Remove the lower IP assembly. See Lower Assembly - Instrument Panel (Remove and Install).
  10. Remove the clip that attaches the jumper floor duct to the HVAC distribution, and then remove the floor duct from the vehicle.

Install

  1. Position the jumper floor duct to the HVAC distribution, and then install the clip that attaches the floor duct to the vehicle.
  2. Install the lower IP assembly. See Lower Assembly - Instrument Panel (Remove and Install).
  3. Install the mid instrument panel assembly. See Mid Panel Assembly - Instrument Panel (Remove and Install).
  4. Reconnect MV power. See Disconnect MV Power.
  5. Install the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Install).
  6. Install the RH lower A-pillar trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Lower - LH (Remove and Install)
  7. Install the RH mid A-pillar trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Mid - LH (Remove and Install).
  8. Install the footwell cover. See Cover - Footwell (Remove and Install).
  9. Repeat steps 6 and 7 for the LH side of the vehicle.
  10. Raise the front windows and close the front doors.
