1. Open all 4 doors
   Note

   Push pillar door triggers to release

   

   

   

   

   

   

2. Lower all 4 windows

   

3. Run ODIN routine PROC_ICE_X_ENTER-SERVICE-MODEvia Toolbox: (link)
4. Remove LH front floor mat

   

   

   

5. Remove LH mid A-pillar trim
   Note

   1x clip, 3x tabs, Release tabs then slightly bend live hinge and release clip

   

   

   

6. Remove LH lower A-pillar trim
   Note

   7x clips, 3x datums, 2x tabs, Release sill plate, Pull rearward then upward

   

   

   

7. Move LH front seat forward

   

8. Release LH front seat belt from pretensioner
   Note

   Unlock the linkage by rotating the lock screw counterclockwiseA light audible click will be heard, and the screw should remain horizontalDo not rotate clockwise to avoid damage to the mechanism

   

   

   

9. Remove RH front floor mat

   

   

   

10. Remove RH mid A-pillar trim
    Note

    1x clip, 3x tabs, Release tabs then slightly bend live hinge and release clip

    

    

    

11. Remove RH lower A-pillar trim
    Note

    7x clips, 3x datums, 2x tabs, Release sill plate, Pull rearward then upward

    

    

    

12. Move RH front seat forward

    

13. Release RH front seat belt from pretensioner
    Note

    Unlock the linkage by rotating the lock screw counterclockwiseA light audible click will be heard, and the screw should remain horizontalDo not rotate clockwise to avoid damage to the mechanism

    

    

14. Fold up 2nd row 60 seat
    Note

    Pull tether to release then lift up until locked in place

    

15. Remove bolts securing rear of LH front seat tracks to the floor panel
    Note

    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Discard after removal

    

16. Fold up 2nd row 40 seat
    Note

    Pull tether to release then lift up until locked in place

    

    

17. Remove bolts securing rear of RH front seat tracks to the floor panel
    Note

    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Discard after removal

    

18. Adjust steering column fully forward and fully up in height level
    Note

    Via UI > Controls > Steering , Use left steering wheel scroll wheel to adjust steering column

    

    

    

19. Move LH front seat backward

    

20. Remove bolts securing front of LH front seat tracks to risers
    Note

    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Discard after removal

    

21. Adjust position of LH front seat for easy removal
    Note

    Move seat to middle of track at most upright position with seat fully up off floor

    

22. Move RH front seat backward

    

23. Remove bolts securing front of RH front seat tracks to risers
    Note

    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Discard after removal

    

24. Adjust position of RH front seat for easy removal
    Note

    Move seat to middle of track at most upright position with seat fully up off floor

    

25. Open powered front trunk
    Note

    Via exterior switch or UI

    

    

26. Remove rear underhood apron
    Note

    9x clips

    

    

27. Power down vehicle via UI
    Note

    Verify EPBs are engaged, Select charge port icon to ensure drive state is disengaged then power down vehicle via Controls > Safety > Power Off

    

28. Disconnect FRL connector then disconnect MV battery connector
    Note

    2x connectors, Release locking tab then disconnect FRL connector, Slide eCPA to left then lift lever to release MV battery connector, Early production trucks may have black FRL connector, Release eCPA by pushing down to unlock and slide red locking tab, Wait 2 minutes for electrical circuits to discharge before disconnecting modules

    

    

    

29. Disconnect LH seat
    Note

    1x connector, 2 stage locking tab, Release yellow locking tab, then release black lever to disconnect

    

    

    

30. Remove LH front seat from vehicle
    Note

    Recommend assistance, Use caution to not damage other components, Lift seat off risers, Rotate sideways and remove out back door opening

    

    

    

    

    

31. Disconnect RH seat
    Note

    1x connector, 2 stage locking tab, Release yellow locking tab, then release black lever to disconnect

    

    

    

32. Remove RH front seat from vehicle
    Note

    Recommend assistance, Use caution to not damage other components, Lift seat off risers, Rotate sideways and remove out back door opening

    

    

    

    

33. Remove center console back panel
    Note

    10x clips, 3x tabs, 3x connectors

    

    

34. Remove rear bolts securing center console to riser
    Note

    2x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm

    

35. Remove RH center floor rail
    Note

    4x clips, 3x datums, Pull upwards to release

    

    

36. Remove LH center floor rail
    Note

    4x clips, 3x datums, Pull upwards to release

    

    

37. Remove center floor trim
    Note

    17x clips, Release upper section first

    

    

    

    

38. Remove footwell cover
    Note

    3x clips, 3x magnets, 1x bolt, 10mm, 3 Nm, Bolt is captive to tether

    

    

    

    

39. Remove center console front panel
    Note

    10x clips

    

    

40. Remove front bolts securing center console to riser
    Note

    4x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm

    

41. Disconnect center console harness connector
    Note

    1x connector

    

42. Remove center console
    Note

    Lift up to release from riser, Recommend assistance, Remove towards rear of vehicle

    

    

43. Remove accelerator pedal side trim
    Note

    3x clips, Lift from forward edge then slide over accelerator pedal

    

    

    

44. Fold back LH front cabin carpet

    

45. Remove LH carpet support foam
    Note

    Lift up from rear edge

    

46. Release LH MV controller dry side locking cover
    Note

    1x bolt, 8mm, 6 Nm, Do not remove locking cover, Loosen until bolt spins freely, Double check that bolt and locking cover are fully released before attempting to release any MV connectors, Plastic Locking CoverUse hand tools on any plastic locking covers, The locking cover may release crooked causing it to get stuck, secure bolt a few turns to loosen the tension then release bolt while assisting plastic locking cover by gently prying on the side that's stuck, Metal Locking CoverYou can use power tools, Quickly disconnecting locking cover helps connectors remove symmetrically, Video uses rear controller for demonstration purposes only

    

47. Release floor harness from LH MV controller
    Note

    1x connector, 1x clip, Depress tabs to release connector housing from locking cover

    

    

48. Fold back RH carpet
    Note

    8x clips, 4x datums

    

49. Remove RH carpet support foam
    Note

    Lift up from rear edge

    

50. Release RH MV controller connector lower locking cover
    Note

    1x bolt, 8mm, 6 Nm, Do not remove locking covers, Loosen until bolts spins freely, Double check that bolts and locking covers are fully released before attempting to release any MV connectorsPlastic Locking Cover Use hand tools on any plastic locking covers, The locking covers may release crooked causing them to get stuck, secure bolts a few turns to loosen the tension then release bolts while assisting plastic locking covers by gently prying on the stuck sidesMetal Locking Cover You can use power tools, Quickly disconnecting locking covers helps connectors remove symmetrically

    

51. Disconnect floor harness connector from right MV controller
    Note

    1x connector, 2x edge clips, Pull from edges of connector housing

    

52. Remove center floor lower support bracket
    Note

    4x clips

    

    

    

53. Remove seat riser harness caps from LH and RH inboard risers
    Note

    2x covers

    

    

54. Remove cabin floor harness
    Note

    2x connectors, 5x clips, 2x bolts, 10mm, 10 Nm, Release connector housings from seat riser crossmembers, Release locking tab then disconnect RCM connectors,

    

    

55. Install cabin floor harness
    Note

    2x connectors, 5x clips, 2x bolts, 10mm, 10 Nm, Secure connector housings to seat riser crossmembers, Secure locking levers on RCM connectors

    

    

    

56. Install seat riser harness caps to LH and RH inboard risers
    Note

    2x covers, Replace any missing or damaged clips

    

    

57. Install center floor lower support bracket
    Note

    4x clips, Replace any missing or damaged clips

    

    

    

58. Connect floor harness connector to right MV controller
    Note

    1x connector, 2x edge clips

    

59. Secure RH MV controller connector locking cover
    Note

    1x bolt, 8mm, 6 Nm, Ensure connector housing is secured to locking frame with a push-pull-push test, Ensure connectors are aligned before securing bracket, Secure locking cover bolt by hand initially to prevent thread stripping Plastic Locking Cover Use hand tools on any plastic locking covers, The locking cover may secure crooked causing it to get stuck, release bolt a few turns to loosen the tension then secure bolt while assist plastic locking cover by gently pushing on the side that's stuck, Push connectors while driving the locking cover bolt to ensure correct seating Metal Locking Cover You can use power tools, Slowly drive locking cover, Ensure locking cover and bolt

    

60. Install RH carpet support foam
    Note

    Seat at rear edge

    

61. Unfold RH front cabin carpet into position

    

62. Secure floor harness onto LH MV controller
    Note

    1x connector, 1x clip, Secure in locking cover

    

    

63. Secure LH MV controller dry side locking cover
    Note

    1x bolt, 8mm, 6 Nm, Tilt MV controller as needed, Secure locking cover bolt by hand initially to prevent thread stripping, Plastic Locking CoverUse hand tools on any plastic locking covers, The locking cover may secure crooked causing it to get stuck, release bolt a few turns to loosen the tension then secure bolt while assist plastic locking cover by gently pushing on the side that's stuck, Push connectors too while driving the locking cover bolt to ensure correct seating, Metal Locking CoverYou can use power tools, Slowly drive locking cover, Ensure locking cover and bolt are seated fully, Video uses rear controller for demonstration purposes only

    

64. Install LH carpet support foam
    Note

    Seat at rear edge

    

65. Unfold LH front cabin carpet into position

    

66. Install center console
    Note

    Lower onto riser, Recommend assistance, Install from rearward direction

    

    

67. Connect center console harness connector
    Note

    1x connector

    

68. Install front bolts securing center console to riser
    Note

    4x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm

    

69. Install center console front panel
    Note

    10x clips, Replace any missing or damage clips

    

    

70. Install footwell cover
    Note

    3x clips, 3x magnets, 1x bolt, 10mm, 3 Nm, Bolt is captive to tether, Replace any missing or damaged clips or magnets

    

    

    

    

71. Install center floor trim
    Note

    17x clips, Replace any missing or damaged clips, Install lower section first

    

    

    

    

72. Install LH center floor rail
    Note

    4x clips, 3x datums

    

    

73. Install LH Lower A-pillar trim
    Note

    7x clips, 3x datums, 2x tabs, Replace any missing or damaged clips

    

    

    

74. Install LH mid A-pillar trim
    Note

    1x clip, 3x tabs, Replace any missing or damaged clips

    

    

    

75. Install RH center floor rail
    Note

    4x clips, 3x datums

    

    

76. Install RH lower A-pillar trim
    Note

    7x clips, 3x datums, 2x tabs

    

    

    

77. Install RH mid A-pillar trim
    Note

    1x clip, 3x tabs, Replace any missing or damaged clips

    

    

    

78. Install rear bolts securing center console to riser
    Note

    2x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm

    

79. Install center console rear panel
    Note

    10x clips, 3x connectors, 3x tabs, Replace any missing or damaged clips

    

    

80. Install LH front seat into vehicle
    Note

    Recommend Assistance, Be cautious not to damage surrounding components while lifting the seat into the vehicle

    

    

    

81. Connect LH front seat harness
    Note

    1x connector, 2 stage locking tabs, Make connection and engage black lever, then engage yellow locking tab

    

    

    

82. Install RH front seat into vehicle
    Note

    Recommend Assistance, Be cautious not to damage surrounding components while lifting the seat into the vehicle

    

    

    

83. Connect RH front seat harness
    Note

    1x connector, 2 stage locking tabs, Make connection and engage black lever, then engage yellow locking tab

    

    

    

84. Connect FRL connector then connect MV battery connector
    Note

    2x connectors, Connect FRL connector then secure locking tab, Position lever to secure MV battery connector then slide eCPA to right, Early production trucks may have black FRL connector, If power cycling vehicle then ensure at least 60 seconds has passed since powering down

    

    

    

85. Install rear underhood apron
    Note

    9x clips, Adjust windshield seal as required

    

    

86. Close powered front trunk
    Note

    Via exterior switch or UI

    

87. Move LH front seat forward

    

88. Install bolts securing LH front seat rear tracks to vehicle
    Note

    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Install new bolts

    

89. Unfold 2nd row 60 seat

    

    

90. Close LH rear door

    

91. Secure LH front seat belt to pretensioner
    Note

    Ensure the lock screw is in the horizonal position. If it is not, unlock it by following the linkage removal instructions.Slide the linkage onto the pretensioner cable, an audible click will be heard, and the screw should rotate to the locked position. Verify there are no twists in the webbing from the upper trim to the pretensioner. Perform a firm pull test with at least 15 pounds of force.

    

    

    

92. Move LH front seat backward

    

93. Install bolts securing both LH front seat front tracks to vehicle
    Note

    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Install new bolts

    

94. Move LH front seat to original position

    

95. Move RH front seat forward

    

96. Install bolts securing RH front seat rear tracks to vehicle
    Note

    2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Install new bolts

    

97. Fold down 2nd row 40 seat
    Note

    Pull tether to release then pivot down until locked in place

    

    

98. Close RH rear door

    

99. Secure RH front seat belt to pretensioner
    Note

    Ensure the lock screw is in the horizonal position. If it is not, unlock it by following the linkage removal instructions.Slide the linkage onto the pretensioner cable, an audible click will be heard, and the screw should rotate to the locked position. Verify there are no twists in the webbing from the upper trim to the pretensioner. Perform a firm pull test with at least 15 pounds of force.

    

    

    

100. Move RH front seat backward

     

101. Install bolts securing RH front seat front tracks to vehicle
     Note

     2x patch bolts, T45P, 34 Nm, Install new bolts

     

102. Move RH front seat to original position

     

103. Close RH front door

     

104. Raise all 4 windows

     

105. Run ODIN routine PROC_ICE_X_EXIT-SERVICE-MODEvia Toolbox: (link)
