1. Open the tonneau cover.
2. Open the tailgate.
3. Remove the LH sail applique. See Truck Bed Exterior Trim - Sail Applique Assembly - LH (Remove and Install) (Post 11/4/2024).
4. Remove the LH tonneau water management seal. See Tailgate Seals - Tonneau Water Management Seal, LH, Center (Remove and Install).
5. Remove LH sail applique corner bracket
   Note

   1x bolt, 10mm, 9 Nm, 1x datum

   

   

   

6. Remove LH tonneau rail
   Note

   9x bolts, 10mm, 9 Nm, Lift upwards and slide rearwards to relase

   

   

   

   

   

7. Remove LH tail lamp step bracket
   Note

   1x clip, 1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm, Early production vehicles may not have push clip

   

8. Install LH tail lamp step bracket
   Note

   1x clip, 1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm, Early production vehicles may not have push clip

   

9. Install LH tonneau rail
   Note

   9x bolts, 10mm, 9 Nm, Maneuver rail into position, Fasteners may vary, if needed add new bolt to secure applique corner bracket into place

   

   

   

   

   

10. Install RH sail applique corner bracket
    Note

    1x bolt, 10mm, 9 Nm, 1x datum, Align datum onto tonneau rail

    

    

    

11. Install the LH tonneau water management seal. See Tailgate Seals - Tonneau Water Management Seal, LH, Center (Remove and Install).
12. Install the LH sail applique. See Truck Bed Exterior Trim - Sail Applique Assembly - LH (Remove and Install) (Post 11/4/2024).
13. Close the tailgate.
14. Close the tonneau cover.
