  17. Lower vehicle to access frunk area

  18. Open powered front trunk

  19. Remove rear underhood apron

  20. Clean area around brake fluid reservoir and remove brake reservoir cap
  21. Check brake fluid level and top off reservoir if necessary

    If level is above Max line, remove extra fluid
  22. Fill brake bleeder reservoir to full level

    Use only DOT 4 brake fluid
  23. Install pressure bleeder adapter onto reservoir

    Attach the brake reservoir hose to the brake adapter at this time
  24. Set pressure to 30psi

    Connect power supply to bleeder and turn on the power to set pressure to 30 psi
  25. Connect to vehicle using Toolbox 3.0

    Vehicle OBD II connection is integrated into drivers lower IP cover, Open Toolbox 3 website and establish connection to the vehicle, https://toolbox.teslamotors.com, Select connection status icon at top right corner, and select connect locally (icon will turn green when vehicle is connected)
  26. Select "Actions" tab and search for ‘"bleed"
  27. Remove bleeding valve covers and install the fluid catching bottle to LH front outer brake caliper bleeding valve before starting the ESP

  28. Open the LH front outer brake caliper bleeding valve then Click the play button next to PROC_ESP_FRONT-L-REAR-R-BRAKE-BLEEDvia Toolbox: (link)via Service Mode:
    • Chassis ➜ Brakes ➜ Brake Bleed FL-RR
    • Chassis ➜ Brakes ➜ Brake Bleed FL-RR
    and select "Run" to start the ESP and then close the bleeding valve once the pump stops running

  29. Open the LH front inner brake caliper bleeding valve then Click the play button next to PROC_ESP_FRONT-L-REAR-R-BRAKE-BLEEDvia Toolbox: (link)via Service Mode:
    • Chassis ➜ Brakes ➜ Brake Bleed FL-RR
    • Chassis ➜ Brakes ➜ Brake Bleed FL-RR
    and select "Run" to start the ESP and then close the bleeding valve once the pump stops running

  30. Repeat the above steps untill clear fluid and no air bubbles come out of the LH front brake caliper bleeding valve

  31. Remove the fluid catching bottle, Torque LH front brake caliper bleeding valves and install covers

  32. Remove bleeding valve covers and install the fluid catching bottle to RH front outer brake caliper bleeding valve before starting the ESP

  44. Remove the fluid catching bottle, Torque LH rear brake caliper bleeding valve and install cover

  45. Turn off and remove pressure brake bleeder kit from vehicle
  46. Check brake fluid level and top off reservoir if necessary

    If level is above Max line, remove extra fluid
  47. Install brake reservoir cap
  48. Pump brake pedal a few times to ensure pedal feels normal
  49. Select "Actions" tab and search for ‘"Stiffness"
  50. Select , TEST_BRAKE_X_STIFFNESS-TEST-SERVICEvia Toolbox: (link)via Service Mode: Chassis ➜ Brakes ➜ Brake Stiffness Test click "Run", and allow routine to complete

  51. Disconnect Toolbox 3 from vehicle and remove laptop
  52. Install rear underhood apron
