1. Open LH front door
   Note

   Push LH B-pillar door trigger to release

   

   

2. Lower LH front window

   

3. Raise and support vehicle
   Note

   Set air suspension to "Jack Mode"

   

   

4. Remove LH front wheel cap
   Note

   1x cap, 8x clips, Use both hands to firmly pull wheel cap to release clips, Cap may remove with or without mounting ring attached

   

   

   

   

5. Loosen LH front wheel nuts
   Note

   6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

   

6. Remove RH front wheel cap
   Note

   1x cap, 8x clips, Use both hands to firmly pull wheel cap to release clips, Cap may remove with or without mounting ring attached

   

   

   

   

7. Loosen RH front wheel nuts
   Note

   6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

   

8. Remove LH rear wheel cap
   Note

   1x cap, 8x clips, Use both hands to firmly pull wheel cap to release clips, Cap may remove with or without mounting ring attached

   

   

   

   

9. Loosen LH rear wheel nuts
   Note

   6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

   

10. Remove RH rear wheel cap
    Note

    1x cap, 8x clips, Use both hands to firmly pull wheel cap to release clips, Cap may remove with or without mounting ring attached

    

    

    

    

11. Loosen RH rear wheel nuts
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

    

12. Raise vehicle fully
    Note

    Set to a comfortable working height, Lower to locks, Ensure locks engage on both sides to prevent tilting

    

    

13. Remove RH front wheel
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

    

14. Remove LH front wheel
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

    

15. Remove LH rear wheel
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

    

16. Remove RH rear wheel
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

    

17. Lower vehicle to access frunk area
    Note

    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered, Keep front suspension components free of contacting ground and surrounding items

    

    

    

18. Open powered front trunk
    Note

    Via exterior switch or UI

    

    

19. Remove rear underhood apron
    Note

    9x clips

    

    

20. Clean area around brake fluid reservoir and remove brake reservoir cap

    

21. Check brake fluid level and top off reservoir if necessary
    Note

    If level is above Max line, remove extra fluid

    

22. Fill brake bleeder reservoir to full level
    Note

    Use only DOT 4 brake fluid

    

23. Install pressure bleeder adapter onto reservoir
    Note

    Attach the brake reservoir hose to the brake adapter at this time

    

    

24. Set pressure to 30psi
    Note

    Connect power supply to bleeder and turn on the power to set pressure to 30 psi

    

25. Connect to vehicle using Toolbox 3.0
    Note

    Vehicle OBD II connection is integrated into drivers lower IP cover, Open Toolbox 3 website and establish connection to the vehicle, https://toolbox.teslamotors.com, Select connection status icon at top right corner, and select connect locally (icon will turn green when vehicle is connected)
26. Select "Actions" tab and search for ‘"bleed"
27. Remove bleeding valve covers and install the fluid catching bottle to LH front outer brake caliper bleeding valve before starting the ESP

Open the LH front outer brake caliper bleeding valve then Click the play button next to PROC_ESP_FRONT-L-REAR-R-BRAKE-BLEEDSearch for routine in ToolboxFL and RR brake bleed procedureChassis ➜ Brakes ➜ Brake Bleed FL-RRChassis ➜ Brakes ➜ Brake Bleed FL-RR and select "Run" to start the ESP and then close the bleeding valve once the pump stops running

    1x bleeding valve, 11mm, 18.5 Nm, Make sure valve is hand tight when closed

    

    

29. Open the LH front inner brake caliper bleeding valve then Click the play button next to PROC_ESP_FRONT-L-REAR-R-BRAKE-BLEEDSearch for routine in ToolboxFL and RR brake bleed procedureChassis ➜ Brakes ➜ Brake Bleed FL-RRChassis ➜ Brakes ➜ Brake Bleed FL-RR and select "Run" to start the ESP and then close the bleeding valve once the pump stops running

    1x bleeding valves, 11mm, 18.5 Nm, Make sure valve is hand tight when closed

    

    

30. Repeat the above steps untill clear fluid and no air bubbles come out of the LH front brake caliper bleeding valve
    Note

    1x bleeding valve, 11mm, 18.5 Nm, Finish bleeding on the outer valve, Make sure valve is hand tight when closed

    

31. Remove the fluid catching bottle, Torque LH front brake caliper bleeding valves and install covers
    Note

    2x bleeding valves, 11mm, 18.5 Nm, 2x covers

    

    

32. Remove bleeding valve covers and install the fluid catching bottle to RH front outer brake caliper bleeding valve before starting the ESP

33. Open the RH front outer brake caliper bleeding valve then Click the play button next to PROC_ESP_FRONT-R-REAR-L-BRAKE-BLEEDSearch for routine in ToolboxFR and RL brake bleed procedureChassis ➜ Brakes ➜ Brake Bleed FR-RLChassis ➜ Brakes ➜ Brake Bleed FR-RL and select "Run" to start the ESP and then close the bleeding valve once the pump stops running

34. Open the RH front inner brake caliper bleeding valve then Click the play button next to PROC_ESP_FRONT-R-REAR-L-BRAKE-BLEEDSearch for routine in ToolboxFR and RL brake bleed procedureChassis ➜ Brakes ➜ Brake Bleed FR-RLChassis ➜ Brakes ➜ Brake Bleed FR-RL and select "Run" to start the ESP and then close the bleeding valve once the pump stops running

35. Repeat the above steps untill clear fluid and no air bubbles come out of the RH front brake caliper bleeding valve

    1x bleeding valve, 11mm, 18.5 Nm, Finish bleeding on the outer valve, Make sure valve is hand tight when closed

    

36. Remove the fluid catching bottle, Torque RH front brake caliper bleeding valves and install covers
    Note

    2x bleeding valves, 11mm, 18.5 Nm, 2x covers

    

    

37. Remove bleeding valve cover and install the fluid catching bottle to RH rear brake caliper bleeding valve before starting the ESP

38. Open the RH rear brake caliper bleeding valve then Click the play button next to PROC_ESP_FRONT-L-REAR-R-BRAKE-BLEEDSearch for routine in ToolboxFL and RR brake bleed procedureChassis ➜ Brakes ➜ Brake Bleed FL-RRChassis ➜ Brakes ➜ Brake Bleed FL-RR and select "Run" to start the ESP and then close the bleeding valve once the pump stops running

    1x bleeding valve, 10mm, 10 Nm, Make sure valve is hand tight when closed

    

    

39. Repeat the above step until clear fluid and no air bubbles come out of the RH rear brake caliper bleeding valve

    1x bleeding valve, 10mm, 10 Nm, Make sure valve is hand tight when closed

    

40. Remove the fluid catching bottle, Torque RH rear brake caliper bleeding valve and install cover
    Note

    1x bleeding valve, 10mm, 10 Nm, 1x cover

    

41. Remove bleeding valve cover and install the fluid catching bottle to LH rear brake caliper bleeding valve before starting the ESP

42. Open the LH rear brake caliper bleeding valve then Click the play button next to PROC_ESP_FRONT-R-REAR-L-BRAKE-BLEEDSearch for routine in ToolboxFR and RL brake bleed procedureChassis ➜ Brakes ➜ Brake Bleed FR-RLChassis ➜ Brakes ➜ Brake Bleed FR-RL and select "Run" to start the ESP and then close the bleeding valve once the pump stops running

    1x bleeding valve, 10mm, 10 Nm, Make sure valve is hand tight when closed

    

    

43. Repeat the above step until clear fluid and no air bubbles come out of the LH rear brake caliper bleeding valve

    1x bleeding valve, 10mm, 10 Nm, Make sure valve is hand tight when closed

    

44. Remove the fluid catching bottle, Torque LH rear brake caliper bleeding valve and install cover
    Note

    1x bleeding valve, 10mm, 10 Nm, 1x cover

    

45. Turn off and remove pressure brake bleeder kit from vehicle

    

    

46. Check brake fluid level and top off reservoir if necessary
    Note

    If level is above Max line, remove extra fluid

    

47. Install brake reservoir cap

    

48. Pump brake pedal a few times to ensure pedal feels normal
49. Select "Actions" tab and search for ‘"Stiffness"
50. Select , TEST_BRAKE_X_STIFFNESS-TEST-SERVICESearch for routine in ToolboxIBST Stiffness Test - Service - BURNISHED/UNBURNISHEDChassis ➜ Brakes ➜ Brake Stiffness Test click "Run", and allow routine to complete
    Note

    Select "Submit" without additional input when prompted, Select "X" at top right of window to close once complete
51. Disconnect Toolbox 3 from vehicle and remove laptop
52. Install rear underhood apron
    Note

    9x clips, Adjust windshield seal as required

    

    

53. Close powered front trunk
    Note

    Via exterior switch or UI

    

54. Install RH rear wheel
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

    

55. Install LH rear wheel
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

    

56. Install LH front wheel
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

    

57. Install RH front wheel
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

    

58. Lower vehicle until tires are touching the ground
    Note

    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered

    

    

59. Torque RH front wheel nuts
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

    

60. Torque LH front wheel nuts
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

    

61. Torque LH rear wheel nuts
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

    

62. Torque RH rear wheel nuts
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

    

63. Install RH rear wheel cap
    Note

    1x cap, 8x clips, Partially secure wheel cap to wheel, While partially installed wheel cover can be rotated to align with tire design, When aligned press inward from center of cap then secure all clips to mounting ring

    

    

    

64. Install LH rear wheel cap
    Note

    1x cap, 8x clips, Partially secure wheel cap to wheel, While partially installed wheel cover can be rotated to align with tire design, When aligned press inward from center of cap then secure all clips to mounting ring

    

    

    

65. Install LH front wheel cap
    Note

    1x cap, 8x clips, Partially secure wheel cap to wheel, While partially installed wheel cover can be rotated to align with tire design, When aligned press inward from center of cap then secure all clips to mounting ring

    

    

    

66. Install RH front wheel cap
    Note

    1x cap, 8x clips, Partially secure wheel cap to wheel, While partially installed wheel cover can be rotated to align with tire design, When aligned press inward from center of cap then secure all clips to mounting ring

    

    

    

67. Remove vehicle from lift
    Note

    Lower rack arms fully and remove them from under vehicle, Remove air suspension from "Jack Mode"

    

    

68. Raise LH front window

    

69. Close LH front door
