Deflector Clip - Tonneau - LH (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Remove the tonneau slats. See Slat System - Tonneau (Remove and Install).
  2. Remove LH End Slat Bolt, Roller, Tonneau Service Kit

    2x slat bolts, 2x sleeves, 4x rollers, 1x Y-React Clip, Carefully pull outwards to release slat bolts from slats

Install

  1. Install LH deflector clip

    1x Clip,Insert into end slat.
  2. Install LH End Slat Bolt, Roller, Tonneau Service Kit

    Note
    2x slat bolts, 2x sleeves, 4x rollers, 1x Y-React Clip, Insert slat bolts into slats until fully engaged
  3. Install the tonneau slats. See Slat System - Tonneau (Remove and Install). After Manually guiding the remaining tonneau slts and chain onto the bed rails, and before securing the tonneau chain onto the motors, perform the following steps:
    1. Re-establish vehicle connection to Toolbox 3.
    2. Select "Actions" tab and search for "Tonneau".
    3. Select "Tonneau Cover Calibration", click "Run", and allow routine to complete.

    4. Disconnect Toolbox 3 from vehicle and remove laptop.
