1. Open LH front door
   Note

   Push LH B-pillar door trigger to release
2. Lower LH front window
3. Raise and support vehicle
   Note

   Set air suspension to "Jack Mode"
4. Remove LH front wheel cap
   Note

   1x cap, 8x clips, Use both hands to firmly pull wheel cap to release clips, Cap may remove with or without mounting ring attached

   

   

   

   

5. Loosen LH front wheel nuts
   Note

   6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

   

6. Loosen LH front halfshaft bolt
   Note

   1x bolt, 24mm, 300 Nm

   

7. Raise vehicle fully
   Note

   Set to a comfortable working height, Lower to locks, Ensure locks engage on both sides to prevent tilting
8. Remove LH front wheel
   Note

   6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

   

9. Remove LH front brake hose bracket
   Note

   1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

   

10. Remove LH front caliper and set aside
    Note

    2x bolts, 24mm, 315 Nm, Rotor will be loose until caliper is installed, Use lug nut to secure rotor as needed

    

    

    

11. Remove LH front brake rotor

    

12. Remove nut securing LH tie rod end to knuckle
    Note

    1x nut, 21mm, 170 Nm

    

13. Remove LH tie rod end from knuckle

    

14. Disconnect LH front wheel speed sensor connector
    Note

    1x connector

    

    

15. Remove clips securing LH front chassis jumper harness to knuckle
    Note

    2x clips

    

16. Remove LH front hub and brake shield
    Note

    4x bolts, 18mm, 105 Nm, 1x tab, Remove brake shield with hub,

    

    

    

    

    

17. Install LH front hub and brake shield
    Note

    4x bolts, 18mm, 105 Nm, 1x tab, Position shield onto hub,

    

    

    

    

    

18. Install clips securing LH front chassis jumper harness to knuckle
    Note

    2x clips

    

19. Connect LH front wheel speed sensor connector
    Note

    1x connector

    

    

20. Position LH tie rod end onto knuckle

    

21. Install nut securing LH tie rod end to knuckle
    Note

    1x nut, 21mm, 170 Nm

    

22. Install LH front brake rotor
    Note

    Rotor will be loose until caliper is installed

    

23. Install LH front caliper
    Note

    2x bolts, 24mm, 315 Nm, Rotor will be loose until caliper is installed, Use lug nut to secure rotor as needed

    

    

24. Install LH front brake hose bracket
    Note

    1x bolt, 10mm, 10 Nm

    

25. Install LH front wheel
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

    

26. Lower vehicle until tires are touching the ground
    Note

    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered
27. Torque LH front wheel nuts
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm, Use star pattern

    

28. Install LH front wheel cap
    Note

    1x cap, 8x clips, Partially secure wheel cap to wheel, While partially installed wheel cover can be rotated to align with tire design, When aligned press inward from center of cap then secure all clips to mounting ring

    

    

    

29. Remove vehicle from lift
    Note

    Lower rack arms fully and remove them from under vehicle, Remove air suspension from "Jack Mode"
30. Raise LH front window
31. Close LH front door
