  1. Open LH front door

    Push LH B-pillar door trigger to release
  2. Lower LH front window
  3. Raise and support vehicle

    Set air suspension to "Jack Mode"
  4. Raise vehicle fully

    Set to a comfortable working height, Lower to locks, Ensure locks engage on both sides to prevent tilting
  5. Remove Mid-aero shield

    6x clips, 3x bolts, 15mm, 42 Nm, 5x bolts, 13mm, 28 Nm, 2x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm
  6. Disconnect LHS RDU oil pump connector

  7. Position oil drain underneath RDU
  8. Remove bolts securing RDU oil pump

    2x bolts, EP10, 5 Nm + 20 degrees
  9. Remove RDU oil pump

    Carefully insert plastic wedge between pump and housing, In small increments work wedge between housing and pump until green O-ring is visible, Residual oil will drain from housing, Allow oil to drain
  10. Position RDU oil pump

    Lubricate seals before installation
  11. Install bolts securing RDU oil pump

    2x bolts, EP10, 5 Nm + 20 degrees
  12. Connect LHS RDU oil pump connector

  13. Placeholder - Remove oil fill plug from RDU

    1x plug, 8mm Allen, 15 Nm, Verify O-ring is not damaged, Replace O-ring as needed, Tooling used for torque is still in development
  14. Set up fill kit with KAF1

    Add extra oil to container as it will prevent underfill and additional air being injectedOnly use KAF1 fluid, Do not interchange or mix oil types
  15. Position oil pump hose into fill hole
  16. Pump fluid into rear drive unit

    Pump fluid into drive unit until fluid spills outUse excess gearbox fluid in fill container to allow oil pump to dispense fluid without drawing air, Make sure that there is less than 200mL left when completed
  17. Remove oil pump hose from fill port

    Turn knob to off and remove from fill hole
  18. Spray area with brake cleaner and wipe any residual fluid

  20. Remove oil drain from underneath vehicle
  21. Install Mid-aero shield

    6x clips, 3x bolts, 15mm, 42 Nm, 5x bolts, 13mm, 28 Nm, 2x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, Apply Loctite 222 onto mid aeroshield bolts and install fasteners
  22. Lower vehicle partially and set lift onto locks

    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered, Set vehicle to comfortable working height
  23. Remove vehicle from lift

    Lower rack arms fully and remove them from under vehicle, Remove air suspension from "Jack Mode"
  24. Raise LH front window
  25. Close LH front door
