Remove

  1. Open the tonneau cover.
  2. Open the tailgate.
  3. Remove the truck bed floor assembly. See Bed Floor Assembly (Remove and Install).
  4. Remove the bed cargo tub struts. See Strut - Bed Cargo Tub (Remove and Install).
  5. Remove the bed cargo tub lid. See Lid - Bed Cargo Tub (Remove and Replace).
  6. Remove the LH and RH sail applique assemblies. See Sail Applique - LH (Remove and Replace).
  7. Remove the LH and RH tonneau water management seal. See Water Management Seal - LH - Center - Tonneau (Remove and Install).
  8. Remove the LH and RH upper bed side wall assemblies. See Bed Side Wall Assembly - Upper - LH (Remove and Install).
  9. Remove the LH and RH rear bed closeouts. See Bed Closeout - Rear - LH (Remove and Install).
  10. Remove the LH and RH bed side walls. See Bed Side Wall - LH (Remove and Install).
  11. Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the bed cargo smugglers bay to the body.
    8 Nm (5.9 lbs-ft)

    • 10 mm socket
  12. With assistance, remove the bed cargo smugglers bay from the vehicle.

Install

  1. With assistance, install the bed cargo smugglers bay in the vehicle.
  2. Install the bolts (x2) that attach the bed cargo smugglers bay to the body.
    8 Nm (5.9 lbs-ft)

  3. Install the LH and RH bed side walls. See Bed Side Wall - LH (Remove and Install).
  4. Install the LH and RH rear bed closeouts. See Bed Closeout - Rear - LH (Remove and Install).
  5. Install the LH and RH upper bed side wall assemblies. See Bed Side Wall Assembly - Upper - LH (Remove and Install).
  6. Install the LH and RH tonneau water management seal. See Water Management Seal - LH - Center - Tonneau (Remove and Install).
  7. Install the LH and RH sail applique assemblies. See Sail Applique - LH (Remove and Replace).
  8. Install the bed cargo tub lid. See Lid - Bed Cargo Tub (Remove and Replace).
  9. Install the bed cargo tub struts. See Strut - Bed Cargo Tub (Remove and Install).
  10. Install the truck bed floor assembly. See Bed Floor Assembly (Remove and Install).
  11. Close the tonneau cover.
  12. Close the tailgate.
