Remove

  1. Open the tailgate.
  2. Open the tonneau cover.
  3. Remove the bed floor assembly. See Truck Bed - Bed Floor Assembly (Remove and Install).
  4. Release RH tonneau NVH barrier

    6x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm, 2-piece NVH assembly order of operations requires RH side to be released first to allow busbar clearance for LH side removal, Vehicles built before April 2024 will have 1-piece NVH cover, 5x bolts, 8mm, 5 Nm, Vehicles built after April 2024 will have updated 1-piece NVH cover, 9x bolts, 4mm Allen, 5 Nm

  5. Install the bed floor assembly. See Truck Bed - Bed Floor Assembly (Remove and Install).
  6. Close the tonneau cover.
  7. Close the tailgate.
