Air Suspension Compressor and Reservoir - Air Suspension Valve Block (Remove and Replace)

Remove
- Raise and support the vehicle. See Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift.
- Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
- Place the vehicle into Service Mode. See Service Mode.
- Unlock the vehicle Gateway. See Gateway (Unlock).
- On the vehicle touchscreen, navigate to Service > Chassis > Suspension > Service > Deflate All, and then touch Run to deflate the TAS system.
- Remove the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Trim - Rear Apron Assembly (Remove and Install).
- Open the tonneau cover.
- Open the tailgate.
- Disconnect MV power. See Disconnect MV Power.
- Remove the bed floor assembly. See Truck Bed - Bed Floor Assembly (Remove and Install).

Disconnect the air suspension valve block electrical connector.

Disconnect the air lines (x5) from the
air suspension valve block.
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 14 mm combination wrench
- 12 mm combination wrench

Remove and discard the used collet and
VOSS connector from the air lines.
NoteReplacement fittings will come installed on new the valve block.

Rotate the air suspension valve block
assembly clockwise to release the grommets (x2) at the top of the assembly, and then
pull the valve block upwards at a 45 degree angle to release the grommet at the bottom
of the assembly.
Install

Position the new air suspension valve
block into the bracket, rotate the valve block counter-clockwise until the top grommets
(x2) are secured into the bracket, and then push the valve block downwards at a 45
degree angle to secure the bottom grommet into the groove.

Remove the shipping plugs from the air
line fittings, and then install the air lines (x5) into the air suspension valve
block.
NoteMatch the corresponding colors on the air line and valve block.NotePush the air line into the fitting until the depth mark is flush.NotePerform a push-pull-push test to verify the lines are fully installed.NoteNew VOSS fittings should come preinstalled in the valve block.

Connect the air suspension valve block electrical connector.
- Install the bed floor assembly. See Truck Bed - Bed Floor Assembly (Remove and Install).
- Reconnect MV power. See Disconnect MV Power.
- Install the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Trim - Rear Apron Assembly (Remove and Install).
- Close the tonneau cover.
- Close the tailgate.
- Refill the air suspension reservoir. See Air Suspension - Pressurize / Depressurize - Full System.
