Remove

  1. Open the tonneau cover.
  2. Open the tailgate.
  3. Open the under bed compartment.
  4. Turn the bumpstop counterclockwise to release the bumpstop, and then pull the bumpstop upwards to remove it from the vehicle.
    Note
    The PT sensor socket (1565836-00-A HC18 pressure/temp sensor socket, Model Y) can be used if unable to release the bumpstop by hand.

Install

  1. Push the bumpstop downwards, and then turn the bumpstop clockwise to secure it.

  2. Close the under bed compartment.
  3. Close the tailgate.
  4. Close the tonneau cover.
