1. Open LH front door
   Note

   Push LH B-pillar door trigger to release

   

   

2. Raise and support vehicle
   Note

   Set air suspension to "Jack Mode"

   

   

3. Remove LH front wheel cap
   Note

   1x cap, 8x clips, Use both hands to firmly pull wheel cap to release clips, Cap may remove with or without mounting ring attached

   

   

   

   

4. Loosen LH front wheel nuts
   Note

   6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

   

5. Remove LH rear wheel cap
   Note

   1x cap, 8x clips, Use both hands to firmly pull wheel cap to release clips, Cap may remove with or without mounting ring attached

   

   

   

   

6. Loosen LH rear wheel nuts
   Note

   6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

   

7. Remove RH front wheel cap
   Note

   1x cap, 8x clips, Use both hands to firmly pull wheel cap to release clips, Cap may remove with or without mounting ring attached

   

   

   

   

8. Loosen RH front wheel nuts
   Note

   6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

   

9. Remove RH rear wheel cap
   Note

   1x cap, 8x clips, Use both hands to firmly pull wheel cap to release clips, Cap may remove with or without mounting ring attached

   

   

   

   

10. Loosen RH rear wheel nuts
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm

    

11. Raise vehicle partially and lower onto locks
    Note

    Set vehicle to comfortable working height, Make sure there's an audible click of the locks on both sides before lowering, otherwise vehicle may tilt to the side

    

    

12. Remove LH front wheel
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm, Position then secure wheel onto lifting tool, Lower wheel to ground

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

13. Remove valve stem core

    

    

14. Place wheel and tire on tire machine and secure
    Note

    1x wheel clamp

    

    

15. Break tire beads
    Note

    Use lubrication around tire and wheel, Break top and bottom bead

    

    

    

16. Remove tire from wheel
    Note

    Make sure to position the TPMS sensor ahead of the tire machine arm

    

    

    

    

    

    

17. Thoroughly lubricate both tire beads then position for installation
    Note

    Make sure to position the TPMS sensor opposite the tire machine arm, Ensure wheel cover design side of tire is facing outwards

    

    

    

18. Install tire to wheel
    Note

    Use caution to avoid damage to beads, Apply additional lubricant as required

    

    

    

    

    

19. Inflate the tire to seat beads
    Note

    Do not exceed the pressure indicated on the tire sidewall, Wear PPE, Ensure inside and outside beads are seated

    

    

20. Install valve core stem
    Note

    Hand tight only, Do not overtighten

    

    

21. Remove wheel and tire from tire changer
    Note

    1x clamp

    

    

22. Install tire and wheel assembly onto balancer
    Note

    1x 6-lug wheel flange, Position wheel onto spindle shaft then secure wheel using flange, If 6-lug wheel flange unavailable use 216mm Blue Hunter centering cone adapter

    

    

    

    

23. Remove wheel weights

    

24. Verify tire pressure is set
    Note

    Set to specification, Refer to "Tire and Loading Information" label located on driver side B-pillar, Install valve stem cap

    

    

    

25. Input wheel dimensions into balancer machine
    Note

    If machine does not require manual input then skip this step

    

26. Perform road force wheel balance
    Note

    Follow machine instructions, Safety hood must be down to start balancing, Make sure load roller engages

    

27. Install weights onto wheel
    Note

    Place weights on positions indicated by balancer

    

    

    

28. Perform check spin
    Note

    Follow machine instructions, Safety hood must be down to start balancing, Make sure load roller engages

    

    

    

29. Remove tire and wheel assembly from balancer
    Note

    1x 6-lug wheel flange, Remove flange then remove wheel from spindle shaft

    

30. Install LH front wheel
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm, Position then secure wheel onto lifting tool, Raise wheel to installation position, Release wheel from lifting tool, Fully lower lifting tool

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

31. Remove LH rear wheel
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm, Position then secure wheel onto lifting tool, Lower wheel to ground

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

32. Remove valve stem core

    

    

33. Place wheel and tire on tire machine and secure
    Note

    1x wheel clamp

    

    

34. Break tire beads
    Note

    Use lubrication around tire and wheel, Break top and bottom bead

    

    

    

35. Remove tire from wheel
    Note

    Make sure to position the TPMS sensor ahead of the tire machine arm

    

    

    

    

    

    

36. Thoroughly lubricate both tire beads then position for installation
    Note

    Make sure to position the TPMS sensor opposite the tire machine arm, Ensure wheel cover design side of tire is facing outwards

    

    

    

37. Install tire to wheel
    Note

    Use caution to avoid damage to beads, Apply additional lubricant as required

    

    

    

    

    

38. Inflate the tire to seat beads
    Note

    Do not exceed the pressure indicated on the tire sidewall, Wear PPE, Ensure inside and outside beads are seated

    

    

39. Install valve core stem
    Note

    Hand tight only, Do not overtighten

    

    

40. Remove wheel and tire from tire changer
    Note

    1x clamp

    

    

41. Install tire and wheel assembly onto balancer
    Note

    1x 6-lug wheel flange, Position wheel onto spindle shaft then secure wheel using flange, If 6-lug wheel flange unavailable use 216mm Blue Hunter centering cone adapter

    

    

    

    

42. Remove wheel weights

    

43. Verify tire pressure is set
    Note

    Set to specification, Refer to "Tire and Loading Information" label located on driver side B-pillar, Install valve stem cap

    

    

    

44. Input wheel dimensions into balancer machine
    Note

    If machine does not require manual input then skip this step

    

45. Perform road force wheel balance
    Note

    Follow machine instructions, Safety hood must be down to start balancing, Make sure load roller engages

    

46. Install weights onto wheel
    Note

    Place weights on positions indicated by balancer

    

    

    

47. Perform check spin
    Note

    Follow machine instructions, Safety hood must be down to start balancing, Make sure load roller engages

    

    

    

48. Remove tire and wheel assembly from balancer
    Note

    1x 6-lug wheel flange, Remove flange then remove wheel from spindle shaft

    

49. Install LH rear wheel
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm, Position then secure wheel onto lifting tool, Raise wheel to installation position, Release wheel from lifting tool, Fully lower lifting tool

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

50. Remove RH front wheel
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm, Position then secure wheel onto lifting tool, Lower wheel to ground

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

51. Remove valve stem core

    

    

52. Place wheel and tire on tire machine and secure
    Note

    1x wheel clamp

    

    

53. Break tire beads
    Note

    Use lubrication around tire and wheel, Break top and bottom bead

    

    

    

54. Remove tire from wheel
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm, Position then secure wheel onto lifting tool, Raise wheel to installation position, Release wheel from lifting tool, Fully lower lifting tool

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

69. Remove RH rear wheel
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm, Position then secure wheel onto lifting tool, Lower wheel to ground

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

70. Remove valve stem core

    

    

71. Place wheel and tire on tire machine and secure
    Note

    1x wheel clamp

    

    

72. Break tire beads
    Note

    Use lubrication around tire and wheel, Break top and bottom bead

    

    

    

73. Remove tire from wheel
    Note

87. Install RH rear wheel

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm, Position then secure wheel onto lifting tool, Raise wheel to installation position, Release wheel from lifting tool, Fully lower lifting tool

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

88. Lower vehicle until tires are touching ground
    Note

    Raise lift off locks, Then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered

    

    

    

89. Torque LH front wheel nuts
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm, Use star pattern

    

90. Install LH front wheel cap
    Note

    1x cap, 8x clips, Partially secure wheel cap to wheel, While partially installed wheel cover can be rotated to align with tire design, When aligned press inward from center of cap then secure all clips to mounting ring

    

    

    

91. Torque LH rear wheel nuts
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm, Use star pattern

    

92. Install LH rear wheel cap
    Note

    1x cap, 8x clips, Partially secure wheel cap to wheel, While partially installed wheel cover can be rotated to align with tire design, When aligned press inward from center of cap then secure all clips to mounting ring

    

    

    

93. Torque RH front wheel nuts
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm, Use star pattern

    

94. Install RH front wheel cap
    Note

    1x cap, 8x clips, Partially secure wheel cap to wheel, While partially installed wheel cover can be rotated to align with tire design, When aligned press inward from center of cap then secure all clips to mounting ring

    

    

    

95. Torque RH rear wheel nuts
    Note

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm, Use star pattern

    

96. Install RH rear wheel cap
    Note

    1x cap, 8x clips, Partially secure wheel cap to wheel, While partially installed wheel cover can be rotated to align with tire design, When aligned press inward from center of cap then secure all clips to mounting ring

    

    

    

97. Remove vehicle from lift
    Note

    Lower rack arms fully and remove them from under vehicle, Remove air suspension from "Jack Mode"

    

    

98. Close LH front door
