Center Console - Console, Airwave, Airwave Cap (Remove and Install)

Remove
- Open all the doors and lower all the windows.
- Move the LH and RH front seats fully forward.
- Remove the center console armrest cap. See Center Console - Armrest Cap Assembly (Remove and Install).
- Remove the top decor. See Center Console - Top Decor Assembly (Remove and Install).

Release the clips (x5) that attach the LH side of the center console external panel
to the center console assembly.

Gently pull the LH external panel
outward until there is sufficient access to the screws that attach the LH side of the
airwave cap to the center console assembly, and then remove the screws (x2) that attach
the LH side of the airwave cap to the center console assembly.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 socket
- Repeat steps 5 and 6 for the RH side of the center console.

Pull the airwave cap downward to release the lower clips (x2), and then remove the
airwave cap from the vehicle.
Install

Position the airwave cap into the vehicle, and then push the airwave cap upward to
engage the lower clips (x2) that attach the airwave cap to the vehicle.

Gently pull the LH external panel outward until there is sufficient access to the
screws that attach the LH side of the airwave cap to the center console assembly, and
then install the screws (x2) that attach the LH side of the airwave cap to the center
console assembly.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 socket

Engage the clips (x5) that attach the LH side of the center console external panel to
the center console assembly.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the RH side of the center console.
- Install the top decor. See Center Console - Top Decor Assembly (Remove and Install).
- Install the center console armrest cap. See Center Console - Armrest Cap Assembly (Remove and Install).
- Restore the LH and RH front seats back to their original position.
- Raise all the windows and close all the doors.
