Install

  1. Position the LH tonneau horizontal rail assembly into the vehicle, and then install the bolts (x9) that attach the rail assembly to the vehicle.
    9 Nm (6.6 lbs-ft)
    CAUTION
    Make sure the horizontal rail is properly aligned with the lower rail before installing the fasteners. Tighten the foremost fasteners first while ensuring the horizontal rail is properly aligned. See images for reference.
    Tip
    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • 10 mm socket

  2. Install the LH tonneau horizontal rail. See Water Management Seal - LH - Center - Tonneau (Remove and Install).
  3. Install the LH sail applique. See Sail Applique - LH (Remove and Replace).
  4. Close the tailgate.
  5. Close the tonneau cover.
