  1. Check the gap and flushness of the LH rear window.

  2. Open the LH front door.
  3. Place the vehicle into Service Mode. See Service Mode.
  4. Open the LH rear door.
  5. Remove the LH rear door beltline assembly. See reRear Door Trim Pad - Beltline Assembly - LH (Remove and Install).
  6. Remove the LH rear door trim. See Rear Door Trim Pad - Door Trim Rear - LH (Remove and Install).
  7. Connect external window switch tool

  8. Manually latch LH rear door

    Use pocket screw driver to manually latch door
  9. Remove LH rear door grommets

  10. Move window to access window bracket fasteners
  11. Mark window postion

    Note
    Apply masking tape from LF window to LF door. Cut the tape where the window meets the door seal to mark the original window position.
  12. Loosen bolts securing LH rear window

    2x bolts, 10mm, 12Nm, Loosen bolts just enough to allow side-to-side movement of LF window
  13. Adjust window and torque bolts securing LH rear window

  14. Lower window

    Lower window to access lower window clamp locking nuts.
  15. Loosen locking nut and adjust window pitch jackscrew

    Note
    1x nut, 10mm, 5Nm, 1x screw, 3mm internal hex, Loosen locking nut, then move jackscrew to adjust window pitch. Rotate counter-clockwise to pitch window in, rotate clockwise to pitch window out.
  16. Torque locking nut and reinstall door grommets

    1x nut, 10mm, 5Nm, 4x grommets
  17. Open the LH rear door.
  18. Raise the LH rear window.

    Take caution when rolling up window to ensure there is no contact to trim surrounding window
  19. Close LH rear door
  20. Check the gap and flushness of the LH rear window.

  21. Open the LH rear door.
  22. Disconnect external window switch

  23. Install the LH rear door trim. See Rear Door Trim Pad - Door Trim Rear - LH (Remove and Install).
  24. Install the LH rear door beltline assembly. See reRear Door Trim Pad - Beltline Assembly - LH (Remove and Install).
  25. Calibrate window

    Press and hold down selected window for 15 seconds, Roll up window and hold for 15 seconds, Test window by hard pressing to see if auto roll function works
  26. Raise the LH rear window.
  27. Close the LH front and rear doors
