  2. Open LH front door

    Push LH B-pillar door trigger to release
  3. Place vehicle in service mode

    Via UI > Controls > Software, Touch and hold "Cybertruck" for 2 seconds then release, Use screen keyboard to type "service" into dialog box then select OK
  4. Open LH rear door

    Push LH C-pillar door trigger to release
  5. Remove LH rear beltline assembly

    16x clips, 2x datums, 2x connectors
  6. Remove bolts securing LH rear door trim

    3x bolts, 8mm, 4Nm
  7. Release LH rear door trim

    15x clips, 2x connectors, Replace any broken clips
  8. Connect external window switch tool

  9. Manually latch LH rear door

    Use pocket screw driver to manually latch door
  10. Remove LH rear door grommets

  11. Move window to access window bracket fasteners
  12. Mark window postion

    Note
    Apply masking tape from LF window to LF door. Cut the tape where the window meets the door seal to mark the original window position.
  13. Loosen bolts securing LH rear window

    2x bolts, 10mm, 12Nm, Loosen bolts just enough to allow side-to-side movement of LF window
  14. Adjust window and torque bolts securing LH rear window

    2x bolts, 10mm, 12Nm
  15. Lower window

    Lower window to access lower window clamp locking nuts.
  16. Loosen locking nut and adjust window pitch jackscrew

    Note
    1x nut, 6mm, 5Nm, 1x screw, 3mm internal hex, Loosen locking nut, then move jackscrew to adjust window pitch. Rotate counter-clockwise to pitch window in, rotate clockwise to pitch window out.
  17. Torque locking nut and reinstall door grommets

  18. Open LH rear door

  19. Roll up LH rear window

    Take caution when rolling up window to ensure there is no contact to trim surrounding window
  20. Close LH rear door

  23. Disconnect external window switch

  24. Install LH rear door trim

    Ensure beltline harness branch is routed properly, Replace any missing or damaged clips
  25. Install bolts securing LH rear door trim

  26. Install LH rear beltline assembly

    16x clips, 2x datums, 2x connectors, Replace any missing or damaged clips
  27. Calibrate window

    Press and hold down selected window for 15 seconds, Roll up window and hold for 15 seconds, Test window by hard pressing to see if auto roll function works
  28. Raise LH rear window
  29. Close LH rear door
