  12. Set air suspension ride height to “High”

  16. Remove RH EPP clip

  17. Fold back RH carpet

  18. Disconnect glovebox USB connector

  20. Support supermanifold with inflatable air bag

  21. Release RH grommet from body
  22. Remove electrical tape securing harness bundle to rubber dust boot

    Use a razor blaze, carefully cut electrical tape away to expose rubber dust boot, Do not damage coax
  23. Apply harness tape onto LH coax overlay cable before installation

    Use Anti-abrasion tape and wrap the entire length of the coax cable to protect the cable for damage when it is in the vehicle
  24. Pull LH coax overlay cable through RH frunk harness

  25. Pull LH coax overlay cable through bulkhead and into interior cabin
  26. Release side fender cameras connector X0858 from car computer

  27. Remove locking pin from side fender cameras connector

    Carefully pry pin out of connector and fully remove locking pin
  28. Remove coax terminal 2 (LHS) cable from connector
  29. Insert new side repeater coax terminal 2 (LHS) cable onto side repeater cameras connector

    Ensure both coax cables are fully seated into connector, Audible locking and flush mounting to confirm
  30. Secure locking pin to connector

    Align tabs of lock in connector housing, Ensure flush installation of locking pin to connector housing
  31. Install side fender cameras connector X0858 onto car computer

  32. Position LH coax overlay cable onto RH frunk main harness, Secure cable onto harness using zip ties

  33. Cut off the vehicle side repeater coax terminal and tape to vehicle harness

  34. Secure RH grommet onto body

    Use electrical tape to wrap the end of the dust boot
  35. Remove inflatable air bag from supermanidfold

  49. Install frunk assembly

    After vehicle has been put into "Service Mode", place keycard on center console to turn on drive rails, hold down the brake pedal, while keep pressing right hand signal button simultaneously for at least 10 seconds, "GTW UNLOCKING" should pop up on the UI right next to the VIN during these 10 seconds, once gateway is unlocked "GTW UNLOCKED 5400" will be displayed on the UI next to the VIN, the gateway will remain unlocked for 90 minutes, follow steps on Toolbox article #5582900 for any additional information

    OBD-II connection is integrated into drivers lower IP cover, Open Toolbox 3 website and establish connection to vehicle, https://toolbox.teslamotors.com, Select connection status icon at top right corner then select connect locally, Icon will turn green when connected, Successful connection will automatically unlock vehicle gateway and place UI in Service Mode Plus

  56. Select PING-HTTP_DAS_L_REPEATER-CAMERA-SCRIPT, and Run Routine
