Servicing MV components requires extra knowledge and care in order to avoid personal and/or vehicular harm.   1. Remove the LH rear door window regulator. See Window Regulator - Rear Door - LH (Remove and Install)
  2. Apply masking tape around the LH lower rear door hinge
  3. Use a floor jack to support the LH rear door.Raise the jack until it contacts the door.

    Place a folded microfiber towel or rubber pad between jack pad to protect the door.
  4. Remove LH rear door lower hinge plate

  5. Install LH lower rear door hinge plate and remove tape

  6. Install LH rear door closeout panel

  7. Secure LH rear door harness onto close out panel

  8. Connect external window switch

  9. Install LH rear door glass

    2x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm, Torque at later step, Make sure to properly secure onto regulator mount
  10. Manually unlatch LH rear door

    Pull on the emergency cable to unlatch, If applicable
  11. Reconnect MV power. See Mid-Voltage Power (Disconnect and Connect).
  12. Close LH rear door
  13. Check LH rear door gap and flushness
  14. Check gap and flushness of LH rear window
  15. Open LH rear door

  16. Torque bolts securing LH rear window to regulator

  17. Disconnect external window switch

  18. Install the LH rear door inner waist belt seal. See Waist Belt Seal - Inner - Rear Door - LH (Remove and Install).
  19. Install the LH rear door trim. See Panel - Door Trim - Rear - LH (Remove and Install).
  20. Install the LH rear door beltline assembly. See Beltline Assembly - Door Panel - Rear - LH (Remove and Install).
  21. Raise the LH rear window and close the LH doors.
