48V "mid voltage" or "MV" architecture that is designed to improve efficiency. Servicing
MV components requires extra knowledge and care in order to avoid personal and/or

MV-related training courses have been completed, as applicable.

- Remove the LH rear door window regulator. See Window Regulator - Rear Door - LH (Remove and Install)

Apply masking tape around the LH lower
rear door hinge

Use a floor jack to support the LH rear
door.Raise the jack until it contacts the door.
NotePlace a folded microfiber towel or rubber pad between jack pad to protect the door.

Remove LH rear door lower hinge
plate
Note2x nuts, 10mm, 10Nm, 1x nut, 15mm, 38Nm

Install LH lower rear door hinge plate
and remove tape
Note2x nuts, 10mm, 10Nm, 1x nut, 15mm, 38Nm

Install LH rear door closeout panel
Note11x bolts, 8mm, 4 Nm, 2x bolts,10mm, 12 Nm, 2x grommets

Secure LH rear door harness onto close
out panel
Note5x clips, 4x connectors

Connect external window switch
Note1x connector

Install LH rear door glass
Note2x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm, Torque at later step, Make sure to properly secure onto regulator mount

Manually unlatch LH rear door
NotePull on the emergency cable to unlatch, If applicable
- Reconnect MV power. See Mid-Voltage Power (Disconnect and Connect).

Close LH rear door

Check LH rear door gap and
flushness

Check gap and flushness of LH rear
window

Open LH rear door
NotePush LH C-pillar door trigger to release

Torque bolts securing LH rear window to
regulator
Note2x bolts, 10mm, 13 Nm

Disconnect external window switch
Note1x connector
- Install the LH rear door inner waist belt seal. See Waist Belt Seal - Inner - Rear Door - LH (Remove and Install).
- Install the LH rear door trim. See Panel - Door Trim - Rear - LH (Remove and Install).
- Install the LH rear door beltline assembly. See Beltline Assembly - Door Panel - Rear - LH (Remove and Install).
- Raise the LH rear window and close the LH doors.
