Passenger Ducting and Vents - 2nd Row Floor Y Duct (Remove and Install)

Remove
- Remove the LH front seat carpet. See Passenger Compartment Carpet - End Item, Driver Carpet Assembly, Soft Trim (Remove and Install).
- Remove the center floor upper bracket. See Passenger Compartment Carpet - Center Floor Upper Bracket (Remove and Install).

Release the clips (x4) that attach the
center lower support bracket to the vehicle, and then remove the support bracket from
the vehicle.
- Remove the 2nd row duct on rails. See Passenger Ducting and Vents - 2nd Row Duct On Rails (Remove and Install).

Release the clip that attaches the 2nd
row floor Y-duct to the vehicle, release the Y-duct from the passenger side duct, and
then maneuver the Y-duct out of the vehicle.
Install

Position the 2nd row floor Y-duct into
the vehicle, secure the Y-duct into the passenger side duct, and then install the clip
that attaches the Y-duct to the vehicle.

Install the 2nd row dual duct on rails
into the vehicle.
NoteManeuver as needed through foam insert.

Install the center lower support bracket into the vehicle, and then secure the clips
(x4) that attach the support bracket to the vehicle.

Position the center floor upper
bracket into the vehicle, and then install the edge clips (x2), retaining clips (x2),
and push clips (x2) that attach the bracket to the vehicle.
- Install the center floor trim. See Passenger Compartment Carpet - Center Floor Trim (Remove and Install).

Unfold the RH front cabin carpet into
position.
- Install the RH center floor rail. See Passenger Compartment Carpet - Center Floor Rail - LH (Remove and Install).
- Install the RH lower A-pillar trim. See A-B-C Post Interior Trim - A-Pillar Lower Trim - LH (Remove and Install).
- Install the RH mid A-pillar trim. See A-B-C Post Interior Trim - A-Pillar Mid Trim - LH (Remove and Install).

Install the RH front door seal.

Install driver carpet assembly.
NoteThe plastic portions at the rear of the carpet need to clear risers.

Maneuver the LH seat riser crossmember
into position, and then install the bolt that attaches the crossmember to the outboard
riser.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 13 mm socket

Install the bolts (x2) that attach the
crossmember to the inboard riser.Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket

Unfold the LH front cabin carpet into
position.
- Install the accelerator pedal. See Accelerator Pedal (Remove and Install).
- Install the accelerator pedal side trim. See Passenger Compartment Carpet - Pedal - Side Trim (Remove and Install).
- Install the LH center floor rail. See Passenger Compartment Carpet - Center Floor Rail - LH (Remove and Install).
- Install the LH lower A-pillar trim. See A-B-C Post Interior Trim - A-Pillar Lower Trim - LH (Remove and Install).
- Install the LH mid A-pillar trim. See A-B-C Post Interior Trim - A-Pillar Mid Trim - LH (Remove and Install).

Install the LH side lower A-pillar
primary seal.
- Install the footwell cover. See Dash Support Frame - Footwell Cover (Remove and Install).
- Restore the RH front seat back to its original position.
- Raise the RH front window and close the RH front door.
- Restore the LH front seat back to its original position.
- Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door.
