Remove
- Raise and support the vehicle. See Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift.
- Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
- Remove the LH rear wheel. See Wheel Assembly (Remove and Install).
- Remove the rear skid plate. See Skid Plate - Rear (Remove and Install).

Lower vehicle partially and set onto
locks.
NoteRaise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered, Set vehicle to comfortable working height.

Position oil drain underneath
RDU.

Remove RDU oil filter.
NoteRotate filter counter clockwise and remove from FDU.
Install

Install RDU oil filter.
NoteSpin clockwise by hand until stopped, Lubricate seal prior to installation, Torque to 3 Nm and 135 degrees.
- Remove oil drain from underneath vehicle.
- Install the rear skid plate. See Skid Plate - Rear (Remove and Install).
- Install the LH rear wheel. See Wheel Assembly (Remove and Install).
- Remove the vehicle from the lift. See Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift.
- Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door.
