  1. Remove the LH 2nd row seat back. See Seat Back Assembly - 2nd Row Seat - LH (Remove and Install).
  2. Remove the nut and remove and discard the bolt that attach the 2nd row upper web guide to the vehicle, and then remove the web guide from the vehicle.
    30 Nm (22.1 lbs-ft)

    Discard the bolt after removal. The nut can be reused.

    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • 15 mm socket
    • 13 mm socket
  3. Disconnect the 2nd row outboard retractor electrical connector.

    Note
    Pull back both orange tabs to release the connector.
  4. Remove and discard the bolts (x2) that attach the 2nd row outboard retractor to the vehicle, and then pull upwards on the retractor to release it from the body.
    40 Nm (29.5 lbs-ft)

    Note
    Pass the lower anchor assembly through the trim panel to remove it from the vehicle.

    • 13 mm socket
  5. Pass the lower anchor assembly through the trim panel to position it into the vehicle, and then install new bolts (x2) that attach the retractor to the vehicle.
    40 Nm (29.5 lbs-ft)

    • 13 mm socket
  6. Connect the 2nd row outboard retractor electrical connector.
  7. Position the 2nd row upper web guide into the vehicle, and then install the nut and a new bolt that attach the web guide to the vehicle.
    30 Nm (22.1 lbs-ft)

  8. Install the LH 2nd row seat back. See Seat Back Assembly - 2nd Row Seat - LH (Remove and Install).
