  1. Open LH front door

  2. Lower LH front window
  3. Raise and support vehicle

  4. Remove LH front wheel cover

    6x tabs
  5. Loosen LH front wheel nuts

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm
  6. Raise vehicle fully

    Set to a comfortable working height, Lower to locks, Ensure locks engage on both sides to prevent tilting
  7. Remove LH front wheel

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm
  8. Place wheel and tire on tire machine and secure

    1x wheel clamp
  9. Remove valve stem cap

  10. Remove valve stem core

    Exercise caution as tire rapidly deflates, wear appropriate PPE
  11. Rotate wheel and tire so that upper roller is ~100mm in front of the valve stem

    Failure to properly position valve stem can result in TPMS damage
  12. Break tire beads

    Lubricate as required
  13. Remove tire from wheel

    Make sure to position the TPMS sensor ahead of the tire machine arm
  14. Remove wheel from tire changer

  15. Install valve stem

    1x rubber valve stem, Insert from underneath, Pull up with installation tool until seated, Tire shown removed for clarity
  16. Install wheel onto tire changer

  17. Thoroughly lubricate both tire beads then position for installation

    Make sure to position the TPMS sensor opposite the tire machine arm, Ensure wheel cover design side of tire is facing outwards
  18. Install tire to wheel

    Use caution to avoid damage to beads, Apply additional lubricant as required
  19. Inflate the tire to seat beads

    Do not exceed the pressure indicated on the tire sidewall, Wear PPE, Ensure inside and outside beads are seated
  20. Install valve core stem

    Hand tight only, Do not overtighten
  21. Remove wheel and tire from tire changer

  22. Install tire and wheel assembly onto balancer

    1x 6-lug wheel flange, Position wheel onto spindle shaft then secure wheel using flange, If 6-lug wheel flange unavailable use 216mm Blue Hunter centering cone adapter
  23. Remove wheel weights

    1x tape weight, 1x hammer-on weight
  24. Verify tire pressure is set

    Set to specification, Refer to "Tire and Loading Information" label located on driver side B-pillar, Install valve stem cap
  25. Input wheel dimensions into balancer machine

    If machine does not require manual input then skip this step
  26. Perform road force wheel balance

    Follow machine instructions, Safety hood must be down to start balancing, Make sure load roller engages
  27. Record road force wheel balance results

    If road force is within limit then skip to install wheel weights, If road force is outside limit then proceed to force match
  28. Perform tire and wheel force match

    Measure run out then mark tire and rim for reference points, Use machine to determine points to match on tire and wheel
  29. Remove tire and wheel assembly from balancer

    1x 6-lug wheel flange, Remove flange then remove wheel from spindle shaft
  30. Install tire and wheel assembly onto tire machine

    1x wheel clamp, Position wheel onto wheel support then secure wheel using clamp
  31. Remove valve stem cap

  33. Break tire beads

  34. Remove tire from wheel

  35. Install tire onto wheel matching previously marked points from balancer

  36. Inflate tire to seat beads

  39. Install tire and wheel assembly onto balancer

  40. Verify tire pressure is set

  43. Install weights onto wheel

  44. Perform check spin

  45. Remove tire and wheel assembly from balancer

  46. Install LH front wheel

  47. Lower vehicle until tires are touching the ground

    Raise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered
  48. Torque LH front wheel nuts

    6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm, Use star pattern
  49. Install wheel cover
  50. Remove vehicle from lift

    Lower rack arms fully and remove them from under vehicle, Remove air suspension from "Jack Mode"
  51. Perform indirect TPMS calibration (Placeholder)
  52. Road test vehicle - need to drive over 20 MPH to complete TPMS learn
