Remove

  1. Open the LH rear door and lower the LH rear window.
  2. Release the clips (x16) and datums (x2) that attach the LH rear beltline assembly to the door assembly, disconnect the electrical connectors (x2), and then remove the beltline assembly from the vehicle.

Install

  1. Position the LH rear beltline assembly to the door assembly, connect the electrical connectors (x2), and then engage the clips (x16) and datums (x2) that attach the beltline assembly to the door.

    Note
    Replace any missing or damaged clips.
  2. Place the vehicle into Service Mode. See Service Mode.
  3. Unlock the vehicle Gateway. See Gateway (Unlock).
  4. On the vehicle touchscreen, navigate to UI > Service > Mid Voltage > Interior Lighting > Address RGB Lights > Run > Close to run the RGB Lights addressing routine.

  5. Exit Service Mode. See Service Mode.
  6. Raise the LH rear window and close the LH rear door.
