Front and Rear Door Seals - Outer Waist Belt Seal, Front Door, LH (Remove and Install)

Remove

  1. Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
  2. Release the clips (x18) that attach the LH front door lower belt line assembly to the vehicle, disconnect the electrical connectors (x2), and then remove assembly from the vehicle.
  3. Release the rubber datums (x6) to remove the LH front door inner waist belt seal from the door assembly.
  4. Pull the LH front door outer waist belt seal inward to remove it from the door assembly.

Install

  1. Position the LH front door outer waist belt seal onto the LH front door, and then press the seal firmly into the door assembly.
  2. Install the LH front door inner waist belt seal into the door assembly.
  3. Position the LH front door lower belt line assembly into the vehicle, connect the electrical connectors (x2), and then secure the clips (x18) that attach the assembly to the vehicle.

  4. Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door.
