Remove
- Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
- Raise and support the vehicle. See Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift.
- Remove the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Install).
- Disconnect MV power. See Mid-Voltage Power (Disconnect and Connect) (Modify).
- Perform Vehicle HV Disablement procedure. See Vehicle HV Disablement Procedure (without Terrestrial Armor) (Test/Adjust).

Release the tabs (x8) that attach the
flood port to the vehicle, and then remove the flood port from the vehicle.
NoteRotate the flood port as needed so that the relief is accessible.NotePry between the enclosure and the flood port. Once loose, remove the flood port through the relief near the breathers.
Install

Position the flood port into the
vehicle, and then press the flood port into position until the tabs (x8) are
engaged.
NoteVerify the flood port is fully seated.
- Integrate HV power. See Vehicle HV Disablement Procedure (without Terrestrial Armor) (Test/Adjust).
- Lower the vehicle until the tires are touching the ground.
- Reconnect MV power. See Mid-Voltage Power (Disconnect and Connect) (Modify).
- Install the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Install).
- Remove the vehicle from the lift. See Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift.
