NotePush LH B-pillar door trigger to release
- Lower LH front window
- Move LH front seat backward
- Run ODIN routine PROC_ICE_X_ENTER-SERVICE-MODEvia Toolbox: (link)

Unlock vehicle gateway
NoteAfter vehicle has been put into "Service Mode", place keycard on center console to turn on drive rails, hold down the brake pedal, while keep pressing right hand signal button simultaneously for at least 10 seconds, "GTW UNLOCKING" should pop up on the UI right next to the VIN during these 10 seconds, once gateway is unlocked "GTW UNLOCKED 5400" will be displayed on the UI next to the VIN, the gateway will remain unlocked for 90 minutes, follow steps on Toolbox article #5582900 for any additional information

Navigate to Refrigerant System through UI

Remove frunk assembly
Note6x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm, 2x bolt caps, 2x bumpstops, 1x connector, Remove bolt covers from frunk floor, Remove washer fluid cap by gently prying upwards, Rotate bumpstops counter clockwise to release, the 25mm socket from PT Sensor kit can be used, Avoid straining emergency frunk release connector

Remove caps from low side and high side AC ports
Note2x caps

Connect A/C hoses to ports
NotePull back frunk wall if installed to access low side port

Perform AC recovery
NoteTouch time only: Note the amount of refrigerant and oil recovered, Refrigerant Type > Manual Menu > Recovery/Recycle > Verify hose connections, Machine will chime once process is complete, Vehicle may be left unattended, Note or print the amount of refrigerant and oil recovered, Refrigerant recovered should be ~2.24 lb (1.02 kg), Oil recovered should be ~0.3 oz (8.87 mL), If drained oil level increased more than 1.01 oz (30 mL) refer to drained oil loss chart https://toolbox.teslamotors.com/articles/353700

Remove RH center floor rail
Note4x clips, 3x datums, Pull upwards to release

Fold back RH carpet

Remove LH mid A-pillar trim
Note1x clip, 3x tabs, Release tabs then slightly bend live hinge and release clip

Remove LH lower A-pillar trim

Remove footwell cover

Remove LH center floor rail

Remove accelerator pedal side trim
Note3x clips, Lift from forward edge then slide over accelerator pedal

Remove accelerator pedal
Note2x nuts, 13mm, 10 Nm, 1x connector, Release locking tab
- Fold back LH front cabin carpet

Remove center console front panel

Remove center floor trim

Remove center floor upper bracket
Note2x push clips, 2x edge clips, 2x retaining clips, Depress either side of retaining clip then push inward to release upper bracket from duct

Remove Mid IP panel

Power down vehicle via UI
NoteVerify EPBs are engaged, Select charge port icon to ensure drive state is disengaged then power down vehicle via Controls > Safety > Power Off

Disconnect FRL connector then disconnect MV battery connector
Note2x connectors, Release locking tab then disconnect FRL connector, Slide eCPA to left then lift lever to release MV battery connector, Early production trucks may have black FRL connector, Release eCPA by pushing down to unlock and slide red locking tab, Wait 2 minutes for electrical circuits to discharge before disconnecting modules

Remove lower IP panel
Note4x patch bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm, 4x screws, T20, 2 Nm, 15x panel clips, 1x push clip, 4x connectors, Discard patch bolts after removal, Release LH/RH knee air bag harness from the main IP harness buddy clips, Remove blue tape to allow service slack & prevent stress to knee air bag connectors, Release connector locking tabs, Release OBD port from lower IP

Remove RH EPP clip
Note1x clip, Pull back for access to car computer

Disconnect glovebox USB connector

Remove glovebox
Note1x connectors, 1x clip, 5x screws, T20, 2 Nm, 2x datums

Remove RH airwave duct

Release upper RH MV controller locking cover
Note1x bolts, 8mm, 6 Nm, Do not remove locking cover, Loosen until bolt spins freely, Double check that bolt and locking cover has fully released before attempting to release any MV connectorsPlastic Locking Cover Use hand tools on any plastic locking covers, The locking covers may release crooked causing them to get stuck, Thread bolt a few turns to avoid damage then gently pry stuck edges of locking cover Metal Locking Cover You can use power tools, Quickly disconnecting locking covers helps connectors release evenly

Disconnect megavac harness
Note1x connectors, 1x clip, 1x grommet, Depress tabs on connector housing to release from locking frame, Push grommet outwards then pass harness through bulkhead opening

Disconnect interior section of RH frunk harness
Note3x connectors, 3x clips, 1x grommet, Release locking tabs, Push grommet outward

Remove interior wet side HVAC fasteners
Note6x bolts, 13mm, 15 Nm
-
Remove RH front wheel cap
Note1x cap, 8x clips, Use both hands to firmly pull wheel cap to release clips, Cap may remove with or without mounting ring attached

Remove RH front wheel cap mounting ring
Note7x clips, Pull away from wheel to release, If mounting ring remains attached to cap skip this step
-
Loosen RH front wheel nuts
Note6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm
-
Raise vehicle fully
NoteSet to a comfortable working height, Lower to locks, Ensure locks engage on both sides to prevent tilting
-
Remove RH front wheel
Note6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm
-
Remove rear skid plate
Note6x clips, 3x bolts, 15mm, 42 Nm, 5x bolts, 13mm, 28 Nm, 2x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm
- Remove all items from pockets and ensure not wearing metal items
-
Inspect HV insulating gloves

- Put on HV insulating gloves and leather over gloves

Verify no HV - Install amp clamp to RDU HV harness
NoteVerify meter is zeroed out before performing measurement, Measure single cable. Verify ammeter is installed in correct direction. If current > 0.5A do not proceed with disconnecting HV connector. In this case, start vehicle electrical isolation again to make sure that all was properly shut down. Escalate for assistance as requiredIf current < 0.5A, Ok to disconnect and check voltage at HV plug on the battery side.Release locking tab and rotate the release lever up to disengage the connector, Release harness clip, Do not force the release lever up, Ensure the alignment tabs on the RDU header are not damagedMake sure to wear PPE (HV gloves, safety glasses) when working on high voltage component, Measure B+ to Ground, B- to Ground, B+ to B-, If voltage is greater than 10V, Pack contactors are not open or welded, Stop work and reach out to Service Engineering

Secure RDU header connector to ancillary
Note1x connector, Verify lever is in the upright and open position, Carefully seat connector and allow lever to engage, Fully secure lever and verify red tab is locked, Do not damage any pins
- Remove leather over gloves and HV insulating gloves

Install rear skid plate
Note6x clips, 3x bolts, 15mm, 42 Nm, 5x bolts, 13mm, 28 Nm, 2x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, Apply Loctite 222 to mid aero shield bolts and install fasteners

Remove front aero shield
Note11x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm

Remove lower valence fasteners
Note2x clips, 2x covers, 6x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, Release covers to expose bolts

Disconnect CFM connectors
Note2x connectors, 2x clips
-
Remove fore crossmember
Note2x bolts, 18mm, 90 Nm, Push up on CFM, Use hammer if needed, Recommend assistance
- Place coolant catcher below RH front of vehicle
-
Release RH front wheel liner from HV battery chinstrap
Note1x push clip, 2x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm
-
Release RH front wheel liner from fender flare carrier and fascia
Note14x push clips
-
Release RH front wheel liner push nuts
Note6x push nuts, Replace if damaged
-
Remove RH front wheel liner
NoteManipulate as required to clear fender flare and tire, Shown with wheel removed for clarity

Disconnect RH frunk harness from RH front wheel well area
Note3x connectors, 11x clips
-
Lower vehicle until tires are touching the ground
NoteRaise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered

Remove front center applique
Note8x tabs, 1x connector, Release upper 4 tabs by pushing down then gently pull away, Release frunk release trigger connector

Remove front fascia fasteners
Note2x covers, 6x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm, Remove tow hook covers to expose bolts
-
Release clips securing front portion of the LH front wheel house liner
Note4x clips

Remove front fascia LH side fastener
Note1x bolt, 10mm, 6 Nm, Pull wheel liner back for access
-
Remove front fascia RH side fastener and connectors
Note1x bolt, 10mm, 6 Nm, 1x clip, 3x connectors, Pull wheel liner back for access, Pull red locking tab to release, Do not push down on locking tab

Remove front lower fascia assembly
NotePlace on suitable protective surface

Disconnect radiator to manifold hose from radiator and plug connections
Note1x spring clip, Remove from vehicle, Plug hoses

Disconnect manifold to radiator hose from radiator and plug connections
Note1x spring clips, Plug hoses

Release harness from CFM
Note1x grommet, 2x connectors, 5x harness clips, Pull red locking tab to disengage louver connector, Release temperature sensor then disconnect, Release grommet and pull harness through from frunk area

Remove upper CFM fasteners
Note2x bolts, 10mm, 10 Nm
-
Remove CFM
NoteRecommend assistance, Remove from below impact beam, Ensure harness is not pinched during removal

Remove bolts securing supermanifold
Note2x bolts, 15mm, 33 Nm, Break free then remove by hand to avoid tool jamming, Support manifold from underneath, Lower Supermanifold until resting on HVAC case
-
Disconnect the powertrain bypass hose, radiator outlet hose, radiator inlet hose from the Supermanifold
Note3x spring clips, This will drain the coolant reservoir
-
Disconnect supermanifold harness
Note1x connector
-
Disconnect battery supply hose, powertrain supply hose, and battery return hose from supermanifold
Note3x spring clip, 2x connectors, Do not push down on red tab, Pull red tab to disengage lock, Pull again to release connector, Pull supermanifold forward to access clips and connectors

Release remote brake fluid reservoir
Note1x bolt, 10mm, 8 Nm, 1x datum, Lift upwards to release datum, Position aside, Avoid tipping over
-
Disconnect AC compressor logic connector
Note1x locking electrical connector, Do not push down on red tab, Pull to disengage lock, Pull again to release connector
-
Disconnect HV harness connector from AC compressor
Note1x locking electrical connector, Pull red locking tab away from compressor then slide black lock upwards to release
-
Remove AC compressor ground strap
Note1x bolt, 10mm, 16 Nm, Release harness edge clip once ground is free
- Overlap from AC Recovery
- Remove AC hoses from vehicle

Release compressor from Megabeam
Note3x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm, Recommend assistance, Support the AC compressor while removing the fasteners, Carefully remove the AC compressor towards the front of the vehicle and under the Megabeam, Place fender cover on fan housing and gently place AC compressor assembly down

Remove compressor from vehicle
NoteLeave refrigerant lines attached to compressor

Remove nut securing Penta HVAC line assembly to the Supermanifold plate
Note1x nut, 13mm, 36 Nm

Remove AC line from Supermanifold
Note1x bolt, 13mm, 22 Nm, 1x bolt, 10mm, 8 Nm, Remove bolt at supermanifold then mounting bracket bolt near LV battery, Remove AC line assembly from supermanifold, Ensure no washers remain on supermanifold

Remove the Supermanifold from the vehicle
NoteRecommend assistance, Rotate the Supermanifold counter clockwise under the Megabeam, Support from underneath and at reservoir

Release RH frunk harness from windshield washer reservoir
Note2x clips, 2x connectors

Remove windshield washer reservoir
Note1x nut, 10mm, 7 Nm, 2x bolts, 10mm, 7Nm, 2x hose connections, 2x connectors, 2x hose clips Pinch hose connector to release, Remove reservoir from vehicle

Release RH frunk harness from Megabeam
Note1x connector, 1x coaxial connector, 2x clips, Release locking tab

Release LH frunk harness from Megabeam
Note4x clips, 1x stud, E5, 6 Nm

Remove MV Battery
Note2x bolts, 10mm, 8 Nm, Slide forward to remove

Release bolts securing megabeam
Note4x bolts, 21mm, 165 Nm, 4x bolts, EP14, 18 Nm, Break free by hand before using power tools, Some trucks may not be equipped with two rearmost EP14 bolts

Remove Megabeam from vehicle
NoteEnsure harness is not caught or pinched during removal

Remove wet side HVAC assembly
Note2x bolts, 13mm, 15 Nm, 3x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm, Manuever assembly around coolant hoses

Pull RH frunk harness through from RH front wheel well
NoteUse caution to avoid damage to harness

Release rear section of RH frunk harness
Note7x connectors, 15x clips, Release locking tabs
-
Remove RH frunk harness
Note4x connectors, 4x clips, Release locking tabs, Release connector for impact sensor located under hood latch, Maneuver harness out of vehicle
-
Position RH frunk harness
Note4x connectors, 4x clips, Secure connector for impact sensor located under hood latch, Engage locking tabs
-
Secure rear section of RH frunk harness
Note7x connectors, 15x clips, Feed interior section through bulkhead opening, Engage locking tabs

Feed RH frunk harness through RH front wheel well
NoteUse caution to avoid damage to harness

Install wet side HVAC assembly
Note2x bolts, 13mm, 15 Nm, 3x bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm

Install Megabeam onto vehicle
NoteEnsure harness is on inboard side of cowl mounting tabs, Ensure harness is not caught or pinched during install

Install MV Battery
Note2x bolts, 10mm, 8 Nm, Slide rearwards into position
-
Install bolts securing Megabeam
Note4x bolts, 21mm, 165 Nm, 4x bolts, EP14, 18 Nm, Start by hand before using power tools
-
Secure LH frunk harness to Megabeam
Note4x clips, 1x stud, E5, 6 Nm
-
Secure RH frunk harness to Megabeam
Note1x connector, 1x coaxial connector, 2x clips, Engage locking tab
-
Install windshield washer reservoir
Note1x nut, 10mm, 7 Nm, 2x bolts, 10mm, 7Nm, 2x hose connections, 2x connectors, 2x harness clips
-
Secure RH frunk harness to windshield washer reservoir
Note2x clips, 2x connectors
-
Replace the seal washers to the Penta HVAC line on the AC manifold side
Note5x seal washers, Lube seal washers with RB100EV POE oil
-
Install the Supermanifold to the vehicle
NoteRecommend assistance, Rotate the Supermanifold counter clockwise under the Megabeam, Support from underneath and at reservoir, Align penta HVAC line
-
Secure chiller to battery hose, powertrain supply hose, chiller to battery hose to supermanifold
Note3x spring clip, 2x connectors, Engage locking tabs, Ensure all hoses are fully engaged with a push-pull-push test
-
Install pentaline to Supermanifold
Note1x nut, 13mm, 36 Nm, Ensure good alignment of pipes before tightening nut
-
Install bolts securing supermanifold
Note2x bolts, 15mm, 33 Nm, Start by hand
-
Secure powertrain bypass hose, radiator outlet hose, and radiator inlet hose to Supermanifold
Note3x spring clips, Ensure all hoses are fully engaged with a push-pull-push test
-
Connect supermanifold electrical connector
Note1x connector
-
Replace seal washers for supermanifold to compressor AC line on supermanifold side
Note2x seal washers, Lube seal washers with RB100EV POE oil
-
Install AC manifold line assembly to Supermanifold
Note1x bolt, 13mm, 22 Nm, 1x bolt, 10mm, 8 Nm, Install manifold to Supermanifold then secure bracket near LV battery
-
Install AC compressor to Megabeam
Note3x bolts, 10mm, 5 Nm, Recommend assistance, Support the AC compressor while installing the fasteners, Start bolts by hand
-
Secure remote brake fluid reservoir
Note1x bolt, 10mm, 8 Nm, 1x datum, Align datum and slide downwards to engage

Connect HV harness connector to AC compressor
Note1x locking electrical connector, Slide down black lock then push in red locking tab, Perform a push-pull-push test, Ensure red locking tab is fully engaged, Black tab will protrude from red locking tab when engaged correctly, Refer to images and video for clarity

Install AC compressor ground strap
Note1x bolt, 10mm, 16 Nm

Connect AC compressor logic connector
Note1x connector, Engage locking tab
- Reconnect AC hoses to vehicle
-
Perform AC vacuum and run leak test
NoteTouch time only: Manual Menu > Vacuum > Type 15 min > Select Enter

Install CFM
NoteInstall from bottom, Assistance recommend Manipulate as required, Ensure harness is not pinched during install

Connect CFM connectors
Note2x connectors, Engage locking tab

Install upper CFM fasteners
Note2x bolts, 10mm, 10 Nm

Secure harness to CFM
Note1x grommet, 2x connector, 1x harness clip, Secure grommet then connect temperature sensor, Engage locking tab on louver connector

Connect radiator inlet coolant hose
Note1x spring clips,Ensure hose is fully engaged with a push-pull-push test
-
Connect radiator to manifold hose to radiator
Note1x spring clip, Ensure hose is fully engaged with a push-pull-push test

Install front lower fascia assembly
NoteEnsure no harnesses are pinched
-
Install RH fascia fastener and connectors
Note1x bolt, 10mm, 6 Nm, 1x clip, 3x connectors, Pull wheel liner back for access, Engage locking tab
-
Install LH fascia fastener
Note1x bolt, 10mm, 6 Nm, Pull wheel liner back for access
-
Secure LH wheel liner
Note4x clips

Install front fascia fasteners and covers
Note2x covers, 6x bolts, 10mm, 4 Nm, Install tow hook covers
-
Install front center applique
Note8x tabs, 1x connector, Ensure all tabs engage, Secure frunk release trigger connector
-
Raise vehicle fully
NoteSet to a comfortable working height, Lower to locks, Ensure locks engage on both sides to prevent tilting
-
Connect RH frunk harness at RH front wheel well area
Note2x connectors, 11x clips
-
Position RH front wheel liner
NoteManipulate as required to clear fender flare and tire, Shown with wheel and tire removed for clarity
-
Secure RH front wheel liner push nuts
Note6x push nuts, Replace if damaged, Utilize a socket and dead blow hammer to set push nuts
-
Secure RH front wheel liner to fender flare carrier and fascia
Note14x push clips
-
Secure RH front wheel liner to HV battery chinstrap
Note1x push clip, 2x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm
-
Install fore crossmember
Note2x bolts, 18mm, 90 Nm, Lift CFM away from beam to aid in clearance, Install beam by sliding rewards
-
Install front aero shield
Note11x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, Apply loctite 222 to aeroshield fasteners
-
Install lower valence fasteners
Note2x clips, 2x covers, 6x bolts, 10mm, 6 Nm, Secure covers
-
Install RH front wheel
Note6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm
-
Lower vehicle until tires are touching the ground
NoteRaise lift off locks, then hold lock release lever to keep locks free while vehicle is lowered
-
Torque RH front wheel nuts
Note6x nuts, 21mm, 205 Nm, Use star pattern
-
Separate mounting ring from wheel cap
Note7x clips, Gently pry clips apart with trim tool, If mounting ring remained attached to wheel skip this step
-
Install mounting ring to RH front wheel
Note7x clips, Ensure ring is fully seated
-
Install RH front wheel cap
Note1x cap, 8x clips, Partially secure wheel cap to wheel, While partially installed wheel cover can be rotated to align with tire design, When aligned press inward from center of cap then secure all clips to mounting ring
- Remove coolant bottle cap
- Install vacuum refill cap onto coolant bottle assembly

Place empty coolant container into front storage area
NoteIf frunk is not installed take caution, CFM fan shroud assembly cannot support a full coolant container, Ensure overflow container is empty, Place fender cover over FEM and front fascia
- Fill container with at least 15L of coolant
-
Place filled coolant container onto coolant drain & fill cart
NoteDo not place container with 15L of coolant on top of CFM fan shroud, Position cart as close as possible to front of vehicle
-
Setup coolant refill tool
NoteVerify all valves on refill tool are in the closed position, See image for clarity
-
Install vacuum refill hose to refill cap on coolant bottle
NotePerform push-pull-push test to verify hose is fully installed
- Position overflow hose into empty container
-
Place refill hose inside filled coolant container
NoteMake sure hose end is fully submerged into coolant
-
Connect shop air supply to coolant refill tool
NoteIf not already done, Verify refill valve is set to off
-
Open air inlet valve to draw a vacuum, Once gauge stabilizes, Fully close valve
NoteGauge stabilizes roughly (60-70 cmHg), Vacuum should not drop after the valves are closed
-
Slowly open the refill valve to allow coolant to be drawn into the system
NoteMake sure hose end of refill hose is fully submerged during entire process
- Once the gauge reads zero, close the coolant refill valve
-
Remove shop air supply to coolant refill tool
NoteIf not already done, Verify refill valve is set to off
- Remove coolant refill hose from coolant container
- Remove coolant overflow hose from coolant container
- Remove vacuum refill hose from refill cap on coolant bottle
- Remove vacuum refill cap from coolant bottle assembly

Remove coolant refill tool from vehicle
NoteMove coolant drain & fill cart away from vehicle
- Remove coolant container from inside underhood area
- Overlap time from AC leak test
-
Perform AC charge
NoteTouch time: Enter refrigerant amount noted at AC recovery, Settings should match notes, Select Both Sides for charge, Machine will chime once process is complete

Install interior wet side HVAC fasteners
Note6x bolts, 13mm, 15 Nm
-
Connect interior section of RH frunk harness
Note3x connectors, 3x clips, 1x grommet, Pull grommet inward to secure, Engage locking tabs
-
Connect megavac harness
Note1x connector, 1x clip, 1x grommet, Pull grommet inward to seat, Ensure connector housing is seated in locking cover
-

Note1x bolt, 8mm, 6 Nm, Ensure connector housing is secured to locking frame with a push-pull-push test, Ensure connectors are aligned before securing bracket, Secure locking cover bolt by hand initially to prevent thread strippingPlastic Locking Cover Use hand tools on any plastic locking covers, The locking cover may secure crooked causing it to get stuck, release bolt a few turns to loosen the tension then secure bolt while assist plastic locking cover by gently pushing on the side that's stuck, Push connectors while driving the locking cover bolt to ensure correct seating Metal Locking Cover You can use power tools, Slowly drive locking cover, Ensure locking cover and bolt are seated fully

Install RH airwave duct
Note2x clips, 1x connector

Install glovebox
Note1x connectors, 1x clip, 5x screws, T20, 2 Nm, 2x datums, Align datums to prevent gear from damaging harness

Connect glovebox USB connector
Note1x connector, Engage locking tab

Instal RH EPP clip
Note1x clip

Install lower IP panel
Note4x patch bolts, 10mm, 7 Nm, 4x screws, T20, 2 Nm, 15x panel clips, 1x push clip, 4x connectors, Install new patch bolts, Engage connector locking tabs, Install OBD connector, Secure LH & RH knee air bag harness service slack to buddy clips on main IP harness

Install Mid IP panel
Note19x clips, Replace any missing or damaged clips

Connect FRL connector then connect MV battery connector
Note2x connectors, Connect FRL connector then secure locking tab, Position lever to secure MV battery connector then slide eCPA to right, Early production trucks may have black FRL connector, If power cycling vehicle then ensure at least 60 seconds has passed since powering down

Access thermal system routines using the UI
NoteSelect quick controls > Service mode > Thermal > Actions

Select "Start Coolant Air Purge" using the UI
NoteTouch time only, wait until coolant pumps stop running (audible noise), Routine Passed will appear, but pumps will run for 10 minutes, If you start next another routine during this time it will fail, Make sure vehicle is not in "Drive", Routine is still running despite the completed message, Speeds can be monitored in garage under PT Thermal tab, Idle speed = ~1500 RPM, Test will vary speeds from 3500-6500 RPM and actuate valves between SERIES and PARALLEL, Putting vehicle into "Drive" will stop this routine, If speeds hover at 7000 RPM, this indicates the pumps are air locked, perform a vacuum fill, Continue to add coolant and purge until the coolant level reaches between the NOM and MAX Lines on the bottle

Note17x clips, Replace any missing or damaged clips, Install lower section first
- Unfold RH front cabin carpet into position

Install RH center floor rail
Note4x clips, 3x datums

Install RH lower A-pillar trim
Note7x clips, 3x datums, 2x tabs

Install RH mid A-pillar trim
Note1x clip, 3x tabs, Replace any missing or damaged clips
- Unfold LH front cabin carpet into position

Install accelerator pedal
Note2x nuts, 13mm, 10 Nm, 1x connector, Secure locking tab

Install accelerator pedal side trim
Note3x clips, Replace any missing or damaged clips

Install LH center floor rail
Note4x clips, 3x datums

Install LH Lower A-pillar trim
Note7x clips, 3x datums, 2x tabs, Replace any missing or damaged clips

Install LH mid A-pillar trim
Note1x clip, 3x tabs, Replace any missing or damaged clips

Reposition LH A-pillar primary seal
NoteEnsure seal is seated around circumference and not tucked under trim

Install footwell cover
Note3x clips, 3x magnets, 1x bolt, 10mm, 3 Nm, Bolt is captive to tether, Replace any missing or damaged clips or magnets
- Move RH front seat to original position
- Raise RH front window
- Close RH front door
- Move LH front seat to original position

Inspect coolant level and top off as necessary
NoteEnsure that the fluid level is at the Max line, Top off fluid as required
- Install coolant bottle cap
- Overlap for AC Charge

Navigate to Refrigerant System through UI
NoteSelect Service Mode > Thermal > Refrigerant System

Perform Heat Pump Commissioning through UI
NoteSelect Thermal > Sensors and Valves > Run Heat Pump Commissioning, click Run, close once routine is passed

Proceed with Hose Equalize steps to complete AC recharge process and follow instructions displayed on AC Machine
NoteDisconnect high side coupler from vehicle, Turn AC on, Temp setting LO, Panel mode on, Fresh air mode on, Blower speed set to 10, Verify Hose Equalize settings, Verify discharge pressure does not exceed 26 bar and suction pressure is not below 1.15 bar,

Note6x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm, 2x bolt caps, 2x bumpstops, 1x connector, Install bolt covers to frunk floor, Install washer fluid cap, Install bumpstops by aligning tabs then turning clockwise, Ensure emergency frunk release functions

Close powered front trunk

Remove vehicle from lift
NoteLower rack arms fully and remove them from under vehicle, Remove air suspension from "Jack Mode"
- Raise LH front window
- Close LH front door
