  1. Open tailgate
    Note
    Press button to release
  2. Remove LH sail applique
    Note
    15x clips, 1x connector, 1x harness clip, Lift rear edge first to remove connector and harness clip
  3. Remove LH upper bed side wall assembly
    Note
    13x clips, Start from rear, Pull from the bottom downwards
  4. Remove LH tonneau cam block
    Note
    2x bolts, 8mm, 10Nm
  5. Remove LH Tonneau horizon rail assembly
    Note
    4x bolts, 8 mm, 10Nm, 5x bolts, 10 mm, 10Nm
  6. Remove tonneau upper applique
    Note
    4x bolts, T25, 10Nm, Release lower bolts, Pivot applique upwards, Release pivot bolts, Remove applique
  7. Remove LH tonneau applique hinge pivot
    Note
    1x bolt, T25, 10Nm
  8. Remove tonneau lower applique
    Note
    2x bolts, T30, 10Nm
  9. Remove LH tonneau corner bracket
    Note
    1x bolt, 10mm, 10Nm, 1x nut, 10mm, 10Nm
  10. Install LH tonneau corner bracket
    Note
    1x bolt, 10mm, 10Nm, 1x nut, 10mm, 10Nm
  11. Install tonneau lower applique
    Note
    2x bolts, T30, 10Nm
  12. Install LH tonneau applique hinge pivot
    Note
    1x bolt, T25, 10Nm
  13. Install tonneau upper applique
    Note
    4x bolts, T25, 10Nm, Install pivot bolts, Pivot applique downwards, Install lower bolts,
  14. Install LH Tonneau horizon rail assembly
    Note
    4x bolts, 8 mm, 10Nm, 5x bolts, 10 mm, 10Nm
  15. Install LH upper bed side wall assembly
    Note
    13x clips, Replace any missing or damaged clips, Lift tonneau seal as required
  16. Install LH tonneau cam block
    Note
    2x bolts, 8mm, 10Nm
  17. Install LH sail applique
    Note
    15x clips, 1x connector, 1x harness clip, Replace any broken clips
  18. Close tailgate
