Remove
- Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
- Raise and support the vehicle. See Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift.
- Remove the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Install).
- Disconnect MV power. See Mid-Voltage Power (Disconnect and Connect) (Modify).
- Perform Vehicle HV Disablement procedure. See Vehicle HV Disablement Procedure (without Terrestrial Armor) (Test/Adjust).

Disconnect the FDU HV harness from the
HV battery.
CAUTIONDo not force the release lever up.NoteRelease the locking tab and rotate the release lever up to disengage the connector.NoteMake sure the alignment tabs on the FDU header are not damaged.

Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the
FDU HV header to the vehicle, and then remove the header from the vehicle.
10 Nm (7.4 lbs-ft)NoteSlide the header downward to remove it.TipUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:- EPR10 socket
Install

Position the FDU HV header into the vehicle, and then install the bolts (x2) that
attach the header to the vehicle.

Connect the FDU HV harness to the HV
battery.
CAUTIONBe careful not to damage any pins.NoteVerify the lever is in the upright and open position before connecting. Carefully seat connector and allow the lever to engage. Fully secure the lever and verify the red tab is locked.
- Integrate HV power. See Vehicle HV Disablement Procedure (without Terrestrial Armor) (Test/Adjust).
- Lower the vehicle until the tires are touching the ground.
- Reconnect MV power. See Mid-Voltage Power (Disconnect and Connect) (Modify).
- Install the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Install).
- Remove the vehicle from the lift. See Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift.
- Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door.
