Air Suspension - Pressurize / Depressurize - Full System

  • 2024-05-13: Corrected psi value to 261 psi (18 bar).

Deflate All

  1. Raise and support the vehicle on a 2 post lift. See .Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift.
  2. Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
  3. Put the vehicle in Service Mode. See Service Mode.
  4. Unlock the vehicle gateway. See Gateway (Unlock).
  5. Deflate the TAS system through the vehicle touchscreen.

    Note
    Touch Service > Chassis > Suspension > Service > Deflate All, and then touch Run. Close it once the routine passed.
  6. Return to the procedure that required the air suspension system to be deflated.

Refill the Reservoir

  1. Remove the RH rear fender flare. See Front and Rear Garnish - Rear Fender Flare - RH (Remove and Install).
  2. Remove the RH rear fender flare carrier. See Front and Rear Garnish - Carrier - Rear Fender Flare Aft - RH (Remove and Install).
  3. Set up nitrogen tank kit (1083876-00-A) to fill the air reservoir.

    Verify valves are set to closed position on the tank, the regulator, and the air line.
  4. Connect the nitrogen tank hose onto the air reservoir fill port.
  5. Open the valve on the nitrogen tank, and then set pressure using the regulator.

    Slowly open valve and adjust the regulator. Verify the pressure is set to 18 bar (261 psi).
  6. Open the valve on the nitrogen tank hose.
  7. Verify that pressure holds on the regulator valve gauge.

    If the pressure does not hold, there may be a leak present.
  8. Close the valve on the nitrogen tank hose.
  9. Close the valve on the nitrogen tank.
  10. Close the pressure regulator valve on the nitrogen tank to release pressure in lines.
  11. Disconnect the nitrogen tank hose from the air reservoir fill port.
  12. Install the RH rear fender flare carrier. See Front and Rear Garnish - Carrier - Rear Fender Flare Aft - RH (Remove and Install).
  13. Install the RH rear fender flare. See Front and Rear Garnish - Rear Fender Flare - RH (Remove and Install).
  14. Put the vehicle in TAS normal mode using the vehicle touchscreen.

    Touch Service > Chassis > Suspension > Normal.
  15. Remove the vehicle from the lift. See Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift.
  16. Verify the operation of the air suspension.

    Cycle the ride height through the vehicle touchscreen: Controls > Suspension > Low to Very High.

    All doors must be closed to allow ride height to cycle.

    Set the air suspension back to ''Standard'' after verification.
  17. Exit Service Mode. See Service Mode.
  18. Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door.
