Remove

  1. Remove the LH rocker assembly. See Rocker Panel Trim - Rocker Assembly - LH (Remove and Install).
  2. Remove the bolts (x3) that attach the LH rear rocker step reinforcement to the vehicle, and then remove the reinforcement from the vehicle.
    15 Nm (11.1 lbs-ft)

    Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • 10 mm socket

Install

  1. Position the LH rear rocker step reinforcement to the vehicle, and then install the bolts (x3) that attach the reinforcement to the vehicle.
    15 Nm (11.1 lbs-ft)
