Remove
- Raise and support the vehicle. See Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift.
- Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
- Place the vehicle into Service Mode. See Service Mode.
- Remove the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Trim - Rear Apron Assembly (Remove and Install).
- Remove the frunk assembly. See Frunk Assembly (Remove and Install).
- Disconnect MV power. See Disconnect MV Power (Modify).
- Remove the front aeroshield. See Undertray - Front Aeroshield (Remove and Install).
- Remove the powertrain supply hose. See Hoses - Hose, Powertrain Supply (Remove and Install).
- Release the connector lock, and then disconnect the supermanifold coolant pump electrical connector.

Remove the screws (x4) that attach the coolant pump to the vehicle, and then remove
the coolant pump from the vehicle.2 Nm (1.5 lbs-ft)NoteUse a plastic trim tool to gently pry the coolant pump if needed.NoteMake sure the O-ring does not remain in the housing.TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 socket

Position the coolant pump into the vehicle, and then install the screws (x4) that
attach the coolant pump to the vehicle.2 Nm (1.5 lbs-ft)NoteLubricate the O-ring with fresh coolant prior to installation.CAUTIONDo not torque the screws flush with power tools.CAUTIONMake sure the O-ring is not pinched.TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 socket
