Air Suspension Compressor and Reservoir - Carrier Bracket - Air Suspension Compressor (Remove and Install)

- 2024-11-20: Remove airline removal tool and note. Fitting can be disconnected using 10mm wrench and flathead screwdriver.

Remove
- Open the LH front door and lower the LH front window.
- Put the vehicle in Service Mode. See Service Mode.
- Unlock the vehicle gateway. See Gateway (Unlock).
- Fully depressurize the air suspension. See Air Suspension - Pressurize / Depressurize - Full System.
- Open the tonneau cover.
- Open the tailgate.
- Remove the bed floor assembly. See Truck Bed - Bed Floor Assembly (Remove and Install).

Disconnect the VOSS fitting, and then
remove the rear air line from the air compressor.TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm 12 point combination wrench
- Flathead scewdriver
NoteDiscard the air line fitting after removal. -
Release the clips (x4) and disconnect
the air compressor harness electrical connectors (x3).

Remove the nuts (x3) that attach the
air suspension compressor carrier bracket to the body.TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 13 mm deep socket

Remove the bolts (x4) that attach the
air suspension compressor carrier bracket to the air compressor, and then remove the
bracket from the vehicle.TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T30 socket
Install

Install the bolts (x4) that attach the
air suspension compressor carrier bracket to the air compressor.TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T30 socket

Install the nuts (x3) that attach the
air suspension compressor carrier bracket to the body.TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 13 mm deep socket

Fasten the clips (x4) and connect the
air compressor harness electrical connectors (x3).

Install the rear air line to the air
compressor.TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm deep socket
Notex1 VOSS fittingNoteInstall new VOSS fitting.NoteRemove the white plug when the airline is ready to be installed.NoteFully insert the airline into fitting. It should sit between the two white marks on the airline. Verify the airline is properly seated by performing a push-pull test. - Install the bed floor assembly. See Truck Bed - Bed Floor Assembly (Remove and Install).
- Close the tonneau cover.
- Close the tailgate.
- Refill the air suspension with nitrogen. See Air Suspension - Pressurize / Depressurize - Full System.
- Exit Service Mode. See Service Mode.
- Raise the LH front window and close the LH front door.
