Remote and Passive Entry - Rear BLE (Remove and Install)

Remove

  1. Remove the rear fascia assembly. See Rear Bumper Fascia - Rear Fascia (Remove and Install).
  2. Release the connector lock and disconnect the electrical connector from the rear BLE endpoint.
  3. Remove the screws (x2) that attach the rear BLE endpoint to the vehicle, and then remove the BLE endpoint from the vehicle.
    5 Nm (3.7 lbs-ft)
    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Torx T25 socket

Install

  1. Position the rear BLE endpoint into the vehicle, install the screws (x2) that attach the endpoint to the vehicle, and then connector the electrical connector and secure the connector lock.
    5 Nm (3.7 lbs-ft)
    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
    • Torx T25 socket
  2. Install the rear fascia assembly. See Rear Bumper Fascia - Rear Fascia (Remove and Install).
