Safety Lock Switch (Remove and Install)

Remove

  1. Remove the frunk assembly. See Frunk Assembly (Remove and Install).
  2. Release the tabs (x4) that attach the safety lock switch to the underhood storage unit, and then push the switch through the opening to remove it from the trim.

Install

  1. Position the safety lock switch to the underhood storage unit, and then push the switch through the opening to engage the tabs (x4).
  2. Install the frunk assembly. See Frunk Assembly (Remove and Install).
