Remove
- Open the RH doors and lower the RH windows.
- Remove the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Install).
- Disconnect MV power. See Mid-Voltage Power (Disconnect and Connect) (Modify).
- Remove the RH 2nd row side bolster. See Bolster - Outboard - LH - 2nd Row Seat Back (Remove and Install).
- Remove the RH 2nd row seat back inboard bolster. See Bolster - Inboard - LH - 2nd Row Seat Back (Remove and Install).

Remove the bolts (x4) that attach the
RH 2nd row seat back assembly to the vehicle.
9 Nm (6.6 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:- 10 mm socket

Release the clips (x4) that attach the
RH 2nd row substrate to the seat back frame, and then release the substrate from the
frame.

Release the connector lock, and then
disconnect the RH 2nd row side substrate assembly electrical connector.

Remove the RH 2nd row substrate
assembly from the vehicle.

Release the securing tabs (x13) and
side rails (x2) that attach the RH 2nd row substrate trim and foam assembly to the
substrate, and then remove the trim and foam from the assembly.
Install

Position the RH 2nd row substrate trim
assembly to the substrate, and secure the securing tabs (x13) and side rails (x2) that
attach the trim and foam to the assembly.

Position the RH 2nd row substrate
assembly into the vehicle, and then connect the electrical connector and engage the
connector lock.

Secure the clips (x4) that attach the
RH 2nd row substrate to the seat back frame.

Install the bolts (x4) that attach the
RH 2nd row seat back assembly to the vehicle.
9 Nm (6.6 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:- 10 mm socket
- Install the RH 2nd row seat back inboard bolster. See Bolster - Inboard - LH - 2nd Row Seat Back (Remove and Install).
- Install the RH 2nd row side bolster. See Bolster - Outboard - LH - 2nd Row Seat Back (Remove and Install).
- Reconnect MV power. See Mid-Voltage Power (Disconnect and Connect) (Modify).
- Install the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Install).
- Close the RH doors and raise the RH windows.
