Bed Side Wall - RH (Standard) (Remove and Install)

  • 2026-05-08: Released new procedure.
  1. Open the tonneau cover.
  2. Open the tailgate.
  3. Remove the bed floor. See Bed Floor Assembly (Long Range) (Remove and Install).
  4. Remove the RH sail applique. See Sail Applique - RH (Remove and Install) (Post 11/4/2024).
  5. Remove the RH tonneau water management seal. See Water Management Seal - LH - Center - Tonneau (Remove and Install).
  6. Remove the RH upper bed side wall. See Bed Side Wall Assembly - Upper - LH (Remove and Install).
  7. Remove the RH rear bed closeout. See Bed Closeout - Rear - LH (Remove and Install).
  8. Remove RH bed side wall
    Note
    1x bolt, 15mm, 46 Nm, 2x bolts, T40, 36 Nm, 4x bolts, 10mm, 11 Nm, 2x nuts, 10mm, 7 Nm, 4x clips, 1x fastener cover, 1x connector, Release locking tabs
  9. Install RH bed side wall
    Note
    1x bolt, 15mm, 46 Nm, 2x bolts, T40, 36 Nm, 4x bolts, 10mm, 11 Nm, 2x nuts, 10mm, 7 Nm, 4x clips, 1x fastener cover, 1x connector, Recommend assistance
  10. Install the RH rear bed closeout. See Bed Closeout - Rear - LH (Remove and Install).
  11. Install the RH upper bed side wall. See Bed Side Wall Assembly - Upper - LH (Remove and Install).
  12. Install the RH tonneau water management seal. See Water Management Seal - LH - Center - Tonneau (Remove and Install).
  13. Install the RH sail applique. See Sail Applique - RH (Remove and Install) (Post 11/4/2024).
  14. Install the bed floor. See Bed Floor Assembly (Long Range) (Remove and Install).
  15. Close the tonneau cover.
  16. Open the tailgate.
