1. Open LH front door
   Note

   Push LH B-pillar door trigger to release

   

   

2. Lower both LH side windows

   

3. Open LH rear door
   Note

   Push LH C-pillar door trigger to release

   

   

4. Open powered front trunk
   Note

   Via exterior switch or UI

   

   

5. Remove rear underhood apron
   Note

   9x clips

   

   

6. Remove frunk assembly
   Note

   6x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm, 2x bolt caps, 2x bumpstops, 1x connector, Remove bolt covers from frunk floor, Remove washer fluid cap by gently prying upwards, Rotate bumpstops counter clockwise to release, the 25mm socket from PT Sensor kit can be used, Avoid straining emergency frunk release connector

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

   

7. Remove LH underhood apron
   Note

   3x clips

   

   

   

8. Remove nut securing LH front outer cantrail
   Note

   1x nut, 8mm, 4 Nm

   

   

9. Release LH header seal
   Note

   Seal begins at front quarter glass and ends at C-pillar applique

   

   

   

10. Remove LH sail baffle applique
    Note

    3x clips, Release clips working from bottom upwards

    

    

11. Remove LH C pillar applique closeout
    Note

    2x clips

    

    

12. Remove LH C pillar applique
    Note

    1x connector, 2x clips, 1x bolt, 10mm, 6 Nm, Pull outwards from bottom then pull down to release

    

    

    

    

13. Remove screws securing LH cantrail
    Note

    8x screws, T20, 2.5 Nm

    

    

14. Remove LH roof rail trim
    Note

    11x clips, Recommend assistance, Place on padded surface

    

    

15. Release front of LH roof applique
    Note

    4x clips, Hold applique away from vehicle

    

    

    

16. Separate windshield LH edge seal from rear edge seal
    Note

    Move top left corner away from glass, Measure and cut at rear edge seal, Use new LH edge seal to measure

    

    

    

17. Remove windshield LH edge seal

    

    

    

    

18. Remove adhesive residue from windshield LH edge
    Note

    Use finger and trim tool to roll adhesive, Do not scrape ribbon harness

    

    

    

    

    

19. Clean windshield LH edge
    Note

    Allow 1 minute dry time

    

    

20. Position windshield LH edge seal
    Note

    Do not remove red backing, Apply tape as needed, Align seal with glass edges, Tuck seal under glass

    

    

21. Adhere windshield LH edge seal
    Note

    Start at top left corner, Pull red backing then apply weather strip adhesive onto seal double-sided tape, Press seal up onto glass, Remove tape as needed, Align seal with glass edges

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

22. Adhere windshield rear edge seal corner
    Note

    Cut as needed, Apply weather strip adhesive onto seal double-sided tape, Align with LH edge seal then press seal onto glass

    

    

    

    

    

    

23. Secure front of LH roof applique
    Note

    4x clips

    

    

    

24. Install LH roof rail trim
    Note

    11x clips, Replace any missing or damaged clips, Recommend assistance

    

    

25. Install screws securing LH cantrail
    Note

    8x screws, T20, 2.5 Nm

    

    

26. Install LH C pillar applique
    Note

    1x connector, 2x clips, 1x bolt, 10mm, 6 Nm, Slide upwards then push inwards to secure clip,

    

    

    

    

27. Install LH C pillar applique closeout
    Note

    2x clips

    

    

28. Install LH sail baffle applique
    Note

    3x clips, Replace any missing or damaged clips

    

    

29. Install LH header seal
    Note

    Start from front quarter glass

    

    

    

30. Install nut securing LH front outer cantrail
    Note

    1x nut, 10mm, 4 Nm

    

    

31. Install LH underhood apron
    Note

    3x clips, Replace any missing or damaged clips

    

    

    

32. Install frunk assembly
    Note

    6x bolts, 10mm, 12 Nm, 2x bolt caps, 2x bumpstops, 1x connector, Install bolt covers to frunk floor, Install washer fluid cap, Install bumpstops by aligning tabs then turning clockwise, Ensure emergency frunk release functions

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

    

33. Install rear underhood apron
    Note

    9x clips, Adjust windshield seal as required

    

    

34. Close powered front trunk
    Note

    Via exterior switch or UI

    

35. Close LH rear door

    

36. Raise both LH side windows

    

37. Close LH front door
