Remove

Remove the front passenger knee airbag assembly from the vehicle. See Airbag - Knee - Front Passenger (Remove and Replace).
NoteIt is not necessary to remove the closeout trim panel from the airbag assembly after removal.

Disconnect the RH airwave duct
thermistor connector.

Use a 90 degree pick to release the
tabs (x2) that attach the RH airwave duct thermistor to the duct assembly, and then
remove the thermistor from the assembly.
Install

Install the RH airwave duct thermistor
into the duct assembly.
NoteMake sure both tabs are fully engaged.

Connect the RH airwave duct thermistor
connector.
- Install the front passenger knee airbag assembly. See Airbag - Knee - Front Passenger (Remove and Replace).
