B-Cover - Outer - 2nd Row - Center (Remove and Replace)

Torque Specifications
Remove
- Open all four doors and fully lower all windows.
- Move the front seats fully forward.
- Remove the 2nd row lower seat cushion. See Seat Cushion - Lower - 2nd Row (Remove and Replace).

Fold down the center 2nd row seatback assembly.
CAUTIONDo not place any additional weight on the seatback. Doing so may damage the seat frame alignment tabs, which can cause unevenness between the 60 and 40 seatbacks.
- Remove the center 2nd row headrest. See Headrest - 2nd Row - Center (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the center 2nd row backrest switch. See Backrest Switch – Seat Back – 2nd Row – Center (Remove and Replace).
- Use a trim tool to release the clips that attach the center back panel to the seat, working from the bottom of the seat towards the top, and then remove the panel from seat assembly.

Remove the screw that
attaches the 2nd row center/20 lumbar bun to the 2nd row seat.NoteUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 socket
- Fold the 60 seat to the upright position.

Release the clips (x2) that attach the seat bun to the seat assembly, and then remove the seat bun from the vehicle.
NotePull the bolsters outwards simulatenously to aid removal.
- Release the clip that attaches the center outer B-cover, and then pull the cover away from the seat.
Install
Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.
