Note
The service procedure below details resetting vehicle user data when the previous user's credentials are not available.
  1. Enable Service Mode. See Service Mode.
  2. Select Actions/Autodiag, and then search for "Reset".
  3. Select the "Service Factory Reset" routine, and then click Run.
  4. When the routine has finished, close the window and exit Service Mode. See Service Mode.
