Cover - Ancillary Bay (Rework) (Battery On Table)

Procedure

  1. Using IPA wipes, clean the surrounding area of HVC bolt 4 on the Ancillary Cover, and then allow 1 minute to dry.
  2. Using IPA wipes, clean the surrounding area of HVC bolt 5 on the Ancillary Cover, and then allow 1 minute to dry.
  3. Cut a 25 × 25 mm (1" × 1") piece of aluminum tape.
  4. Apply the tape on the surrounding area of HVC bolt 4 on the Ancillary Cover.

    Note
    Apply pressure along the edges of the tape to make sure it is fully seated.
  5. Cut a second 25 × 25 mm (1" × 1") piece of aluminum tape.
  6. Apply the tape on the surrounding area of HVC bolt 5 on the Ancillary Cover.

  7. After installing the Ancillary Bay Cover, perform the Ancillary Bay air leak test. See Ancillary Bay Air Leak Test
