Harness - 2nd Row Seat - LH (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Open all the doors and fully lower all the windows.
  2. Remove the 2nd row lower seat cushion. See Seat Cushion - Lower - 2nd Row (Remove and Replace).
  3. Fold the LH 2nd row seat down.
  4. Remove the LH 2nd row seat back panel. See Back Panel – 2nd Row Seat – LH (Remove and Replace).
  5. Remove the LH 2nd row seat back shoulder switch. See Shoulder Switch – Seat Back – 2nd Row – LH (Remove and Replace).
  6. Release the shoulder switch harness from the LH 2nd row seat upholstery support.
  7. Disconnect the RH 2nd row seat heater electrical connector.
  8. Release the RH 2nd row seat heater connector clip.
  9. Disconnect the logic electrical connector at the LH 2nd row seat frame.
  10. Release the clip that attaches the center 2nd row seatback harness to the LH seat frame, and then disconnect the electrical connector.
  11. Release the clip that attaches the 2R center buckle electrical connector from the LH 2nd row seat frame.
  12. Disconnect the 2R center buckle electrical connector from the LH seat frame harness.
  13. Release the clip that attaches the 2R LH buckle electrical connector from the LH 2nd row seat frame.
  14. Disconnect the 2R LH buckle electrical connector from the LH seat frame harness.
  15. Disconnect the 2nd row LH seat recline harness.
  16. Release the clips (x5) that attach the LH 2nd row seat harness to the seat assembly, and then remove the harness from the assembly.

Install

  1. Install the LH 2nd row seat harness onto the seat assembly.
  2. Install the shoulder switch harness from the LH 2nd row seat upholstery support.
  3. Connect the 2nd row LH seat recline harness.
  4. Connect the 2R center buckle electrical connector to the LH seat frame harness.
  5. Install the clip that attaches the 2R center buckle electrical connector to the LH 2nd row seat frame.
  6. Connect the 2R LH buckle electrical connector to the LH seat frame harness.
  7. Install the clip that attaches the 2R LH buckle electrical connector to the LH 2nd row seat frame.
  8. Install the clip that attaches the center 2nd row seatback harness to the LH seat frame, and then connect the electrical connector.
  9. Install the RH 2nd row seat heater connector clip.
  10. Connect the RH 2nd row seat heater electrical connector.
  11. Install the LH 2nd row seat back panel. See Back Panel – 2nd Row Seat – LH (Remove and Replace).
  12. Install the LH 2nd row seat back shoulder switch. See Shoulder Switch – Seat Back – 2nd Row – LH (Remove and Replace).
  13. Connect the logic electrical connector at the LH 2nd row seat frame.
  14. Fold the LH 2nd row seat up.
  15. Install the 2nd row lower seat cushion. See Seat Cushion - Lower - 2nd Row (Remove and Replace).
  16. Raise all the windows and close all the doors.
