  1. Remove the underhood storage unit. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace)
  2. Disconnect 12V power. See 12V/LV Power (Disconnect and Connect)
  3. Remove the instrument panel carrier from the cross car beam. See IP Carrier (Remove and Install)
  4. Remove screws securing the drivers air duct to cross car beam

  5. Remove drivers air duct from the HVAC assembly
  6. Release the IP harness clip from the body of the vehicle by RH cross car beam bracket

  30. Disconnect LH bleed actuator connector

  70. Install the instrument panel carrier onto the cross car beam. See IP Carrier (Remove and Install)
  71. Connect 12V power. See 12V/LV Power (Disconnect and Connect)
  72. Connect to vehicle using Toolbox 3.0
  73. Select ‘Actions/Autodiag’ and search for ‘HVAC’
  74. Select ‘TEST-SELF_VCRIGHT_X_HVAC-PERFORMANCEvia Toolbox: (link)via Service Mode:
    • Thermal ➜ Actions ➜ Test HVAC Performance
    • Thermal ➜ Actions ➜ Test HVAC Performance
    ’, click ‘Run’, and allow routine to complete
