Correction code 18303122 0.48 NOTE: Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the procedure, the above correction code and FRT reflect all of the work required to perform this procedure, including the linked procedures. Do not stack correction codes unless explicitly told to do so.NOTE: See Flat Rate Times to learn more about FRTs and how they are created. To provide feedback on FRT values, email LaborTimeFeedback@tesla.com. NOTE: See Personal Protection to make sure wearing proper PPE when performing the below procedure.
- 2023-07-12: Correction to correction code from 18301001 to 18303122, replaced Toolbox routines for air purge with steps using the Service UI and updated the FRT to match latest procedure validation.
Remove
- Raise and support the vehicle. See Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift.
- Remove the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the underhood storage unit. See Underhood Storage Unit (Remove and Replace).
- Disconnect 12V power. See 12V/LV Power (Disconnect and Connect).
- Remove the fresh intake duct. See Duct - Fresh Intake (Remove and Replace).
- Remove the front aero shield panel. See Panel - Aero Shield - Front (Non-Structural Pack) (Remove and Replace).

supermanifold, and then immediately plug the supermanifold.
NotePlug the supermanifold as quickly as possible to minimize coolant loss.
- Release the spring clip, disconnect the front drive unit powertrain return hose from the front drive unit heat exchanger, and then plug the male and female fittings.
Install
-
Remove the plugs, install the front drive unit powertrain return hose onto
the front drive unit heat exchanger, and then fasten the spring clip.
NotePerform a push-pull-push test to ensure the hose is secure.
