Remove
- Remove the 2nd generation center console cup holder decor trim. See Decor Trim - Cup Holder - Center Console (Remove and Replace).

Use a plastic trim tool to remove the cup holder liner from the cup holder.
Install

Install the cup holder liner to the cup holder.
