Fold down 2nd row 60 seatback assembly

Press button, fold forwards

Disconnect 2nd row 60 seat connector

Note

1x connector,

Move 60 seat forward using towel bar

Note

With one hand on towel bar pull up and slide the seat forward with your other hand

Remove 60 seat rear outboard track fastener

Note

1x patch bolt, 11mm, 37 Nm, Discard after removal

Remove 60 seat rear inboard track fasteners

Note

2x patch bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Discard after removal

Move 60 seat fully rearward using towel bar

Note

pull up bar, slide seat forward

Remove 60 seat outboard track cover

Note

1x clip, Slide covers forward to release from 60 seat tracks

Remove center track cover from 2nd row seats

Note

2x clips, Slide covers forward to release from 2nd row seat tracks

Release cabin carpet from 60 seat

Note

Pull cabin carpet towards front of vehicle

Remove 60 seat front inboard track fasteners

Note

1x bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Discard after removal

Remove 2nd row 60 seat frame front outboard track fasteners

1x bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Discard after removal

Remove 2nd row 60 seat assembly from vehicle

Recommend assistance, Note: If seat that is not being replaced does not have ISOFIX flag for child locks, the seat cover will also require replacement

Partially remove RH rear door seal

Pillar and sill trim have tabs seated underneath seal

Remove RH lower C-pillar trim

Note

8x clips, Rear edge is mated with groove in trunk side trim, Release clips at the front of RH rear sill trim working your way back towards rear of sill trim

Remove 40 seat outboard track cover

Note

1x clip, Slide cover forward to release from 40 seat track

Release cabin carpet from 40 seat

Note

Pull cabin carpet towards front of vehicle

Remove bolts securing 40 seat podium to vehicle

Note

2x patch bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Discard bolts after removal

Fold down 2nd row 40 seatback assembly

Note

Press button, fold forwards

Move 40 seat forward using towel bar

Note

With one hand on towel bar pull up and slide the seat forward with your other hand

Remove bolts securing 40 seat inner and outer tracks to vehicle

Release remaining clips and remove LH 7s trunk side trim

1x push clip, 5x clips, Guide front clip stanchions around LH C-pillar, Pull the top of the trunk side trim all the way down flat so it clears the edge of the folded down LH 3rd row seatback and pull straight out

Release top edge of LH 7s trunk side trim and disconnect 12V outlet and trunk switch connectors

Remove LH upper C-pillar trim

Remove RH load floor bracket

3x tabs, 2x clips, Confirm each installation with push-pull test, Clip position should not be adjusted after bracket is removed or will result in bracket not seating properly, if clip position is changed or push-pull action shows bracket not secure, remove clip from tab and seat clip into doghouse on bracket and reinstall

Remove RH trunk pocket bracket

Adjust position of LH front seat for easy removal

Move seat to middle of track at most upright position

Remove the rear apron.

Power off vehicle from center display

Via Controls > Safety > Power Off, Select Power Off button at warning dialogue box

Disconnect the 12V negative battery cable and First Responder Loop.

Disconnect LH front seat harness from VC left

1x electrical connector, Release the lock by squeezing the release tab, Then fully disengage the lock by moving it away from the VC left, Do not force the connector, If the connector does not easily release from the VC the lock is still engaged

Remove LH front seat harness clips from LH footwell support bracket

Partially remove lower portion of LH rear door seal

Remove LH Lower C Pillar trim

1x bolt, T20, 2.5 Nm, Install new bolt, Rear mirror mount may vary depending on build date, If mirror is NOT equipped or secured with fastener, Position mirror onto mount, Turn mirror clockwise to install, Do not twist by holding the mirror itself, Mirror will separate from the stalk, Twist from the stalk connecting the mirror to the mount

Position LH 7s trunk side trim and install lower clips

1x push clips, 5x clips, Start by tucking the lower portion of the trunk side trim around the edge of the 3rd row LH backrest so it slides in and seats properly, Guide front clip stanchions around LH C-pillar

Install LH 7s trunk side trim

Note

6x clips, 2x connectors, Connect 12V outlet and trunk switch connectors then install top edge of LH 7s trunk side trim

Install LH trunk pocket bracket

Note

1x push clip, 5x alignment tabs

Install LH load floor bracket

Note

3x tabs, 2x clips, Confirm each installation with push-pull test, Clip position should not be adjusted after bracket is removed or will result in bracket not seating properly, if clip position is changed or push-pull action shows bracket not secure, remove clip from tab and seat clip into doghouse on bracket and reinstall

Install RH upper C-pillar trim

Install clips securing LH front cabin carpet to vehicle

Install 2nd row 60 seat assembly

Install fasteners securing 60 seat frame to body

5x patch bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Install new patch bolts, bottom seat bolts located in rear

Secure cabin carpet to 60 seat

Strap velcro on

Move 2nd row 60 seatback to vertical position

Remove seat back protection if necessary

Install 60 seat outboard track cover

Install 40 seat into vehicle

Connect 2nd row 40 seat connector

Install bolts securing 40 seat podium to vehicle hand tight

2x patch bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Install new bolts, Torque at later step

Move 40 seat forward using towel bar

pull up bar, slide seat forward

Install bolts securing 40 seat inner and outer tracks to vehicle

2x patch bolts, 11mm, 37 Nm, Install new bolts

Move 40 seat to original position

Press shoulder switch then pull seat backward

Torque bolts securing 40 seat podium to vehicle

Install rear cabin carpet to 40 seat

Install center track cover to 2nd row seats

Install RH lower B-pillar assembly

7x clips, 2x tabs, Align the bottom guide tab to its slot then press the bottom clips, Work your way to top clips

Install clip securing RH lower B-pillar to body

1x push clip, Clip goes through B-pillar and rear cabin carpet

Install RH C-pillar lower trim

Note

5x clips, Rear edge is mated with groove in trunk side trim, Install rear edge of RH rear sill trim into trunk side trim and work your way forward securing clips, Confirm installation with push-pull test, Clip position should not be adjusted after bracket is removed or will result in bracket not seating properly, if clip position is changed or push-pull action shows bracket not secure, remove clip from tab and seat clip into doghouse on bracket and reinstall

Install RH upper B-pillar assembly

Note

4x clips, Lower the seat belt slider to align it with the B-pillar panel, Insert top portion of upper B-pillar under the headliner to align the clips, Press the bottom to fully seat upper B-pillar to lower B-pillar, Make sure the seal correctly overlaps the trim

Install LH lower B pillar assembly

Note

7x clips, 2x tabs, Align the bottom guide tab to its slot then press the bottom clips, Work your way to top clips

Install clip securing LH lower B pillar to body

Note

1x push clip, Clip secures lower B pillar and rear cabin carpet to body

Remove LH Lower C Pillar trim

Note

5x clips, Rear edge is mated with groove in trunk side trim, Release clips at front of LH Lower C Pillar trim working your way back towards rear of sill trim, trim part may slightly differ, by vehicle build location,Clip position should not be adjusted after bracket is removed or will result in bracket not seating properly later

Reseat LH rear door seal
