Remove
- Disconnect the 12V battery. See 12V/LV Power (Disconnect and Connect).
- Release the 12V positive terminal cover by squeezing the tabs together and pulling the cover upwards.

Loosen the nut that attaches the positive terminal to the 12V battery, and then remove the lead from the 12V battery.6 Nm (4.4 lbs-ft)NoteDo not fully remove the nut. Only loosen the nut enough to release the terminal from the 12V battery.TIpUse of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm deep socket

Remove the nut that attaches the 12V battery positive terminal fuse holder, and then remove the fuse holder from the vehicle. 9.8 Nm (7.2 lbs-ft)TIpUse of the following tools is recommended:

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.
